wow here I am back again…
my best friend is on a „sport every day and healthy eating“ trip and she just told me that she hadn’t eaten anything from breakfast till now.
Idk why but this triggered me so so much, since she is already super thin.
My ed brain starts a competition.
I thought I was finally better and in the last weeks I really wasn’t having struggle eating.

i am going to fast until tomorrow 2 pm.
I have holidays for two weeks from tomorrow on and i will try to lose as much weight as possible so i can come back to school skinnyyy

another safe meal for youu:
rhubarb + sugar
yes sugar, but this amount is only 7 grams which is under 30 calories. and you don’t even eat up all the sugar.
rhubarb has only 20 cal for 100 grams. like that’s practically nothing
i am so glad that I found this meal, it literall satisfies all my cravings

day 1 is going quite well:
I ate 606 calories and felt good
What helps me is that I have school every day except the weekend which allows me to avoid eating until 3pm. I have to have lunch at 1 pm but because that is my first meal of the day I can eat it.
