I see a lot of people complaining about the crooked kingdom content being included in shadow and bone and how this will ruin a six of crows spin off if it’s green lit but I have to disagree. We’ve got loads of material left. The infamous ice court heist (which deserves to be spread out not crammed in), The Parem storyline, Kuwei, more backstories and character/relationship development, Van Eck as the main villain - sidenote: I actually understand why they’d finish the pekka storyline now because dragging him out into another show when we will have other villains won’t work well for tv. It’ll likely only be an 8 episode show which has a lot to work with and we know what Netflix is like for cancelling shows so even if it does happen the creators are going to want to try to tie things up and give some closure like they’ve apparently tried doing with shadow and bone. Not to mention, even if the writers fuck it all up, these characters played by this cast will still be worth watching in my opinion because they are already stealing the show
