I really hope that they haven’t started collecting spotify wrapped data yet because i literally have had the jatp soundtrack on repeat since i heard about the cancellation four days ago

#i must have streamed all of the songs dozens of times already #and i don’t use spotify very often so it would have been an extremely skewed spotify wrapped

Luke and Julie (working title)

Juke Dash and Lily AU. Since this one is set around Christmas, it’s probably going to be a ‘I write and post it now or it waits until Decmeber 2022′ type situation.

Sunset Curve angst. Four times the boys came to Bobby’s and one time they didn’t.

A series of small snapshots from Rose Molina’s final goodbyes to various people, including Carrie, Flynn, Julie, Carlos, Bobby/Trevor and Ray.

Champagne Problems (working series title)

A four-part slow burn longfic that involves a Carrie redemption arc, Nick and Carrie getting back together, Nick and Carrie getting engaged, Carrie realising she’s a lesbian and in love with Flynn, and an aroace Nick, taking them through highschool, college and beyond (this one will be a long-term project, so if y’all wanna see this, I’ll probably just work through the first part before moving on to another longfic for a bit, as well as working on some shorter fics during the writing process). This involves background Juke and Willex, but the main focus is by far Carrie and her journey, with Carrie/Nick and Flarrie. Loosely inspired by Champagne Problems by Taylor Swift.

‘Tis the Damn Season

I started working on this fic last year, and have a few chapters published on Ao3, I just need to motivate myself to plan and keep working on it. Flarrie fic inspired by ‘Tis the Damn Season and Dorothea by Taylor Swift.

Life Is A Risk

An AU where all the characters are adults, and Julie, Sunset Curve and Dirty Candi all have established music career. Flynn, Julie’s manager, plans a comeback concert with Sunset Curve as a way of re-introducing Julie to the music industry after the year of silence following her mother’s death. Involves Juke, Willex and enemies-to-lovers Flarrie. Already partially written, the plan for this story involves a lot of dark moments, dealing with a lot of heavy material, including homophobia, transphobia and messy divorce.

Sk8ter Boy (title subject to change)

A Sk8ter Boy Willex AU. This fic hasn’t been planned out all that much, but it’s likely to deal with the toxicity of the ballet industry and eating disorders, and possibly some implied/onscreen emotional abuse. Might involve background ships such as Juke, Julynn or Flarrie, but this fic is seriously not planned out, so honestly who knows.

No Unfinished Business (Season Two)

This is literally just me wanting to write Season Two for JATP. Currently not planned out at all, could be written in traditional fanfic style or as a screenplay, still undecided. Collecting ideas on this post. Will contain Juke and Willex, potential, but unlikely, Flarrie.

I'm glad to see the petition is getting so many signatures. I just wanted to make a quick suggestion about another place that might be willing to pick up the show. It's not a streaming service, but there's a channel called Pop, and the two shows I've seen on that network have both had multiple LBBTQ+ characters. One of the shows (One Day At A Time) was also a Netflix original that got canceled, and Pop picked it up for another season. Hope this might help.
