[on the verge of having a complete breakdown] i need to make some kind of list or perhaps sort things into categories

#not to be annoying but for serious writing lists of what I need to do and ordering them by priority and assigning a time to do them really #did help I’m so serious #also if u make a grocery list u should write it down once and then rewrite it grouping the items by section and then list the sections in #the order they are in at the actual store this helps so much #this is to say this is actually a good and valid strategy lol
