EXTREMELY unpopular opinion time

It's about behaving rationally.

Personally? I don't care what anyone's opinion is, whether I agree with them or not. It's whether someone behaves rationally. It's whether their actions align with their stated goals.

I don't care if you hate Israel or hate the Palestinians. None of that is important. What is important is that Hamas is not rational. They went to war on October 7 thinking..thinking..thinking... what? That they were going to win? That Israel wouldn't respond?

If Hamas cares in the least for the lives of the Palestinian people then they are irrational. Period. And if they don't care then they are psychopaths.

This doesn't mean you have to love Israel or root against your "Great Palestinian Cause." But it does mean that you need to rid yourselves of Hamas. Your goals are obstructed by Hamas. In order to have peace, in order to establish a nation you require rational, non-psychotic people. And that excludes Hamas.

So, act like you mean it. Act like you care about your "Cause." Get rid of Hamas. Now. Yesterday. Get rid of them on October 6.

Rational goals can not be achieved with irrational psychopaths.

Are you rational? Do you honestly care? Then stop worrying about Israel. You're in no position for peace. You're in no position to build a nation. Get rid of the irrational psychopaths. Do it.
