So, yesterday was a busy day, trying to get everything ready and maybe enjoy some quiet time.. So i made a big loaf of bread (2kgs more or less), made my signature homemade pizza dough for our classic saturday night pizza dinner and on top of that i made what our children asked for lunch this Easter, my #NEBplace style #tramezzini!! And let me just say that they were taste buds blowing!! I tried something new and went with smoked salmon and robiola, than tuna with olives, pickled onions and boiled eggs, and then i tried smoked ham with brie and boiked eggs... Wow, they were tasty, soft, rich in filling and all the flavors just mixed up perfectly and exlploded at every bite! Amazing!! Well, love ya all out there!
