Finally finished my watercolor gold painting of Lucifer from Hazbin Hotel :)
Media used: ink, watercolors, metallic paint pens, gouache, and gel pens on 11"x17" plate surface Bristol paper
This was one of the most challenging illustrations I've ever done. I drew it on way larger paper than I usually use, and I rarely do blended watercolors like this, so I was kinda learning as I went along. I'm not sure this was particularly my best work, but I really, really tried. If this didn't turn out well, then hopefully my next piece will be better :(
25 SECOND ART PROCESS VIDEO BELOW THE CUT!!!
You can also find this video posted on my TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram pages. I post my art videos as well as tons of cosplay :)
So this is just Part 1 of my illustration of Lucifer from Hazbin Hotel. Now that the inks are done, I'll work on the colors and gold paint decorations. I really hope this turns out cool ;;;;
You can also follow me on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube to see my art updates and videos (plus way too much cosplay) :)
Two new gold foil Danganronpa art prints of Shuichi Saihara and Mikan Tsumiki just dropped in my Etsy shop and website shop! :D
Already available in the shops are gold foil prints of Nagito Komaeda, Korekiyo Shinguji, Celestia Ludenberg, Kokichi Ouma, Junko Enoshima, and Gundham Tanaka.
I've also added all the original illustrations to the shop, including Ibuki Mioda and Miu Iruma, who don't have prints made yet.
So, if you'd like to get your hands on some of these super shiny prints, my Etsy shop and website shop both sell them :)
Here's the first step in the illustration I'm currently working on of Fizzarolli from Helluva Boss. These are just the inks, but I'll be watercoloring this and adding gold paint to it as well. I also made a video showing the inking process ^^
You can watch this video on my TikTok page or my Instagram too!
Part 2 (the finished illustration) is coming soon! :D
Since TikTok muted 20% of my content and I've fallen out of favor with the algorithm on TikTok and Instagram, I figured I might as well fail in a 3rd place too -- but at least it'll be a place where my muted videos can find a home + a place where I can do longer form content like art process videos and makeup tutorials.
For now, I'm just posting shorts, but I'm resurrecting and remaking a lot of my Danganronpa art videos like this one:
I'm also posting a lot of my Danganronpa cosplay videos like my cyberpunk Miu Iruma, my Junko Enoshima, and my Kokichi Ouma.
Aaaand if you're a FNAF fan, my silly Mangle cosplay is hanging out on my YouTube channel too:
I'd love to have more subscribers, so if you're interested in my art and cosplay, maybe you'd like to give me a follow? I'd really appreciate it :)
Now that we're reaching the end of 2023, I wanted to share all 10 Danganronpa illustrations I hand-painted this year as part of my gold-painted Danganronpa art series.
ALL 10 ILLUSTRATIONS CAN BE VIEWED AT A LARGER SIZE BELOW THE CUT :)
All 10 illustrations were painted using ink, watercolors, gold paint, and more. Also, 6 of the 10 characters were chosen by votes in the comments of my videos on TikTok.
This year had a lot of ups and down, but I'm really proud of the work I did on this series, and I really hope you've all enjoyed my Danganronpa art too :)
Thank you so much, everyone! And Happy New Year!!!
It might sound hokey or even insular of me, but this Thanksgiving, the thing I’m most grateful for is all the wonderful people who enjoys my content. I’ve dedicated my entire life to making and sharing art, and whether it’s my original art, my comics, my fanart, or my cosplay, I’m just so thankful I get to make stuff, and even more grateful for the fact that people actually enjoy that stuff. I’m a very closed-off person, so content creation is the only way I’ve ever been able to express myself or make any human connections. I never take it for granted for even a second. So, to everyone who enjoys my art, videos, cosplay, etc., thank you so much!!!
Last year, when I was thinking about what to do for Halloween (yes, I start working on my costumes that early), I knew I wanted to do something "robotic," but I was torn between multiple ideas, including a Five Nights at Freddy's costume. Then, the movie date was announced, and it felt like fate. So, this year, I'm Mangle from FNAF!
This costume was homemade and took several months to complete, but it was definitely worth the effort! I'm even still filming cosplay videos for it this week and next week! You can see them over on my TikTok @jamieprimack!
Ibuki Mioda, the Ultimate Musician, is now the 9th illustration I’ve completed in the gold-painted Danganronpa art series I’ve been running on TikTok. Drawing a guitar was kinda intimidating, but I still had a lot of fun with this one <3
Materials used: India ink, micron pens, fineliner pens, Pentel brush pen, watercolor brush pens, acrylic paint pens, and metallic gold paint pens on Bristol paper
Just realized I never shared a video showing off the gold on my illustration of Shuichi Saihara from Danganronpa V3. What’s the fun in having an actual, shiny Flashback Light in the drawing if you can’t see the shine?
Materials used: Ink, micron pens, fineliners, acrylic paint pens, metallic gold paint pens, and watercolor brush pens on 9"x12" Bristol paper
I can’t believe my Hospice: Bend Sinister campaign is finally over!
I just wanted to say THANK YOU to everyone who backed or shared or checked out the campaign at all! And don’t forget there are still two Hospice campaigns running on Kickstarter! So be sure to also check out…
It's the final day to back my Bend Sinister one-shot horror comic on Kickstarter, meaning today's your last chance to get your hands on this comic (especially if you're someone who's trying to collect all 6 books in the Hospice shared universe)!
