Awww, that is super cute! >w< I LOVE how Poppy makes a wildlife documentary about her boyfriend's quirkiness, bless her~ I'd do the same with Cooper~ ( ˘ ³˘)♥︎
After all he is the "moodiest of the trolls", according to sources.
It's in my head that Poppy would definitely make a wildlife documentary about her boyfriend's quirkiness. ( ˘ ³˘)♥︎
This is the scene that made me fall in love with this movie.
It would have been so easy for them to just make cliche villains and say, "Oh the Rock Trolls hate anything like happiness and friendship, they're the opposite of Pop Trolls in every way." But they didn't.
Instead they gave us a scene that allows us to relate to the Rock Trolls, despite being antagonists in the story, and at the same time show us a vulnerable side of the main antagonist that made her more than just a one-dimensional villain.
And you know what, Barb is right. Friendship DOES take a lot of work, and don't think many people realize that consciously. As a recluse introvert, I've always been very aware of how much time and investment my friendships require. Sometimes you have to do things you don't want to do, or that you need courage to do, because a friend asks for help. Sometimes you need to spend time with friends even if you're tired yourself, because they need someone to listen or to stand by them. Sure, sometimes friendships are spontaneous and spring up in random places, but that doesn't mean you're not putting in the work to keep those friendships and grow them.
TLDR: I love Barb so much, she's right and she should say it.
I would love to see a version of Trolls where after the Trolls escaped, the Bergens just fixed their issues on their own.
They kicked chef out, discovered the key to happiness, made reforms and laws that essentially made Trolls an endangered species that if you so much as ATTEMPT to find you'll get in legal trouble.
There are whole Troll researchers who examine their relics left behind, discuss ethics and history and make theories on the cultural/social impacts on the escaped Trolls society. There are memorials and museums and the like.
There are also Troll Biologists who are suffering because they literally cannot look at a live Troll. They have to go over historical texts, photos and cook books to try to understand Troll physiology.
The movie would be a Troll meeting the town's Troll Biologist and the two form a friendship.
Trolls aren't aware Bergens no longer want or need to eat Trolls, nor is Chef.
I thought for sure that this was a converted store or factory, but all the description says is that it was built in 2010 in Rochester, NY. (If you're a '90 Day' fan, the home of Ashely & Manuel.) It's huge, but only has 2bds, but 7ba. They're asking $3.4M. Come on, in.
TBH, I think it's pretty spectacular, but I wish these mansions would come furnished.
What a kitchen. I love the island! This is a commercial grade kitchen, so it's got everything a professional chef would need. Look at the exhaust hood- that's so extra.
Butler's pantry with a ladder.
TV room. The architectural details make this home special. For instance, they could've just made this room square, no brick wall, plain ceiling, etc.
A private outdoor terrace. Very nice.
Looking down from the terrace level to an inner court.
This is very nice. Very private outdoor space.
From the court, step inside and there's a bar right there.
Plus, a game room. What an amazing place to entertain.
There's even an art gallery.
Down these stairs, pass by a lovely fireplace wall.
The paid a lot of attention to detail- look at the finial on the stair post.
There are so many levels.
And, lots of sitting areas to choose from.
I guess they would consider the kitchen up here a kitchenette, but for the rest of us, it's a full kitchen.
Finally, we reach the spacious primary bedroom.
The en-suite has a soaker tub in front of a large fireplace.
And, of course, there's a walk-in closet/dressing room.
Up on the roof, there's an entire outdoor kitchen, covered, and also equipped with sitting area with a fireplace.
The outdoor portion of the rooftop.
There's also a lounge with a bar and a window to the deck.
Looks like they don't even use the 2nd bedroom. I think that this home, with it's multiple rooms and levels can surely provide space for at least another bedroom, if needed.
Since there are 7 baths, this room would have its own en-suite.
