"He'll be happy, my parents too, I love them all, all you guys, my family, but it just always felt I didn't belong, you know? there was this thing that made me different from everyone, and as much as I'd try to fit in, there were things I just didn't understand," And now it was here and if he was going to be honest he wasn't fully sure this was a good, thing, "But make no mistake. He will make fun of me, Its a brothers thing, which I'm sure you'll understand since you guys have always been pretty much like brothers," Ave smiles, there's no jealousy there, he cares for both and never felt like Jason was taking his big brother away in any way, shape of form. "Really? never? was he a born wolf like you guys--?" he catches himself, "Like us, I guess, it's kinda embarrassing it took this long," he sighs. "Yeah--it's just, I was the tiny human wanting to follow you guys around, "Avery laughs, "Used to drive Ax insane trying to pick up the guitars when they were bigger than me," he smiles at the memories, the age difference with his brother wasn't that big, but when you're a kid 4 years feels like 10. Jay couldn't help to chuckle when Avery talked about Axel's family. his heart melting a bit at the mention of his nephew, "Well it happens. They've always been a bit chaotic but take your time, I know he'll be glad to hear it from you once you're ready. He'll understand why you took a bit to tell him," he assured, "Tho you have to consider that he might notice e before you tell him, " he chuckled, "you kinda smell," he teased.

"I think he's gonna be happy to finally have you on his side of the coin. He'll probably feel closer to you cause now you'll be on the same page. You'll understand what he's been dealing with and he will know how to understand and support you," he assured, "not all wolves struggle," he promised, "I had troubles with my temperament but once I got that in control it all worked out. Axel had troubles with his wolf but once he connected better it was all cool. My beta had never struggled. He is out of this world with the self control so it's different for everyone and the fact that you're here now talking about it without the wolf wanting to come out," he said a little proud that Avery was so in control. "Hey no, you were never a bother... things are just a bit weird when the gean hits and you were younger, Ax probably didn't want to trouble you with that," he said even if he wasn't sure since he didn't have any siblings. "alright, then I'm definitively gonna set you up for some yoga with me, and I know it sounds dumb but it helps.... it was because of that and boxing that I learned to control my temperament.

"Story of my life, I'll tell you," Avery laughs, shaking his head, he was always the one that one living in a different world, had been that way ever since he was a kid, when he was in college evevryone was out partying and having sex, Avery was in his room studying, while everyone was getting married and having babbie he was just here, not even thinking twice about any of that, because honestly he didn't care for any of it, and now, after his whole family had pretty much gave up the idea he'd ever be one of them, all the sudden the wolf decided to wake up. "He's gonna have a fucking blast when he finds out--Shit!" Avery has to laugh at that, "Axel, I mean, he's gonna make fun of me, I can already hear him!" he shakes his head again, though, despite upsetting its all kind funny to him as well."Thank you, I mean you're already helping a lot," he smiles gently at his cousin, " I may take you on that, I don't--I'm scared....I--I know how much Axel struggled, and I know we're not all the same, but--I don't wanna hurt anyone," and that was, to be honest, his biggest fear, "I think I'll take the pack, shit I'll take all the help I can get!" To jay's question he gives it a little tought, "Mmm, struggled a little as a teen, Ax--he's always been the popular guy, and I was just the little bother,y'know? the emo kid," he shakes his head, " Had some raging issued back then, we thought the wolf was manifesting but it never happened, I did some therapy, Ax help too, and my dad, and I've been okay with it, I think? It's been a while since I lost my cool--wolf aside, because now it's--getting harder."

Jason had been really surprised when Axel's brother called. It had been a long time since he had talked to Avery and he was younger than him and Ax so they never were truly close. He still agreed to meet him. He was family and one thing about Jason was that he would never turn his back on family or friends.

The younger man looked nervous so Jason tried his best to be relaxed since he could smell Avery's anxiety along with a very distinctive smell that hadn't bene there the last time he saw him. "Ok, don't worry about it, I won't tell anyone until you do," he promised and gave his cousin time to say it even if he could already tell where this was going.

"Well man, you must be one of a kind cause late bloomer doesn't cover it," he smiled a bit, "you're gonna be ok. i'm pretty sure every wolf you talk to is gonna say the same to you but it's the truth, it'll come natureally and you're definitively gonna need some adjusting but you don't have to go through this alone," he said as he reached to pat his cousin's knee, "My pack is small and i'm not saying you should join cause I understand it's just too much all at once but we can help you during full moons so you're focused and don't panic at the changes," he promised. "How good are you controling your emotions?" he asked cause he wasn't sure how much Avery had changed with adulthood.

"I'm--the wolf gene! Remember how we thought it skipped me? because it happens sometimes? Guess I'm just a later bloomer, because yeah--I'm one of guys now, I guess?" wasn't this what he always wanted? it wasn't the first time that calum had to save someone from a tree and he was sure that it wouldn't be the last either. Avery sighs, if there's one thing he could never resist, it was Rory and her pretty eyes, "Okay," he breaths out, "It's okay baby, we're gonna figure this one out, alright?" he thinks for a little bit, then nods to himself, "Here's what we'll do. rory wasn't proud of where she landed herself in life but it's not like she knew any better. she didn't grow up in a home with loving parents. though, the way her mom used should have made her want to go a different route. sighing, her eyes peered up at avery's, "no but if i don't come up with the money then they will be. i really messed up this time. i don't know what's wrong with me."

"i can promise you that i will get both of you out of the tree safely. hand her to me first and i'll come back up to get you." he promised as he shifted to prop his ladder up against the tree the other was stuck in.
