A friend watched the second episode of Blue Eyed samurai, and.... the scene where the fiancée sensually rides the samurai she's gonna marry, while vividly describing how he'll defeat his enemy with his blade.

And they told me "pearlrose" and I think they're right

Pearl knelt. Rose clasped her hands. And from then on they were never sure if they were married or not but by god both were scared to ask and it didn't make much difference cause they'd take care of one another either way.

It has been years since I drew something (digitally) for Steven Universe!!

I was obsessed with it in middle school so I have some drawings of her that I did between 2015 and 2018, I put them at the end…there is even dog!Rose Quartz 💀 (but the one I drew the most remains Lion 😭 (with Amethyst close behind!))

I remember how shocked everyone was after the identity reveal 💀

I don't get the hate for Rose Quartz/Pink Diamond, she is an interesting character! She's morally grey, has done wrong things and is very flawed yes, that's why she's interesting actually, because we saw her redemption arc in reverse and went from the idealized version of her that everyone tells Steven to who she really was, realizing, like him, that she was not perfect, made mistakes like everyone and had her own reasons for what she did wrong (I don't remember everything because it's been years, and I'm not even sure I finished Steven Universe Future, but I'm pretty sure a lot of characters did equally bad things and didn't get as much hate, it's understandable to not like her though, but hating a complex character like her for their bad decisions seems too simple)

Anyway thank you if you read all of that and if you don't like her that's okay but please don't get mad about her and this drawing, as I've seen some people do sometimes...😭
