I am so offended that he is being blamed for all of this.....

The boy has had nothing but bad experiences with MR. He's just afraid of it. The dude is like 12 years old(I don't think you can count the two years he's been a cat because human consciousness has clearly changed). Why do you demand such adult decisions from a kid 😭😭😭😭(he already helped the Velgians and what that led to...)

DID YOU GUYS FORGET WHAT MONSTER REBORN HAD DONE TO YUGA IN THE FIRST PLACE?!

LOOK AT HIS FACE! Yuga inadvertently brought back that card, which led to Goha Yuga to try and wipe the minds people. Yuga nearly lost the bonds he made with so many friends because of it. He was so wrecked with guilt and stress, that he could barely even duel. Yuga has has witnessed what horrible things that card can do. He is afraid of it. With all that, I can understand why he would want to get rid of it. This is not just about keeping Duels in the hands of children. It's making sure that card doesn't hurt anyone.

Even if Monster Reborn was created to bring the Velgearians back, that doesn't mean it won't be used for evil purposes later. Yuga is willing to be hated by others if it meant preventing something bad. He was willing to stay in the past, away from the people he loved, if it meant doing what he felt was right. He was willing to be alone.

And this is Yuga we're talking about guys! For all we know, he could have thought of an alternate way to bring back the Velgearians. This is the kid who is usually 10 steps ahead. Now I know what you're going to say. "If Yuga did think of another way, why hasn't he told anyone?" Since when has Yuga ever been good at explaining his plans? He only ever really does it when it's actually happening.
