I’ve decided to write more on this website called Vocal!! But I’ll still post on here, just not as often. If you’d like to continue supporting my writing, I’ll still be posting on AO3 but all original works by me will be on Vocal. If you’d like to financially support me, I am also doing commissions, (rules here). You can also financially support me on Vocal, but it’s not necessary. hate being the generation that remembers no ads on YouTube & the annoyance when we first saw 1 ad every 10 videos, then 1 every 5 videos, then on every video, then multiple ads within a single video, only for YouTube to market paying for Premium™️ to ‘get rid of ads!’ which weren’t even there at the start

Helpful and Preventative Stretches for Writers, Artists, and Gamers 💪🎨✍🎮

If you type, write, draw, game, or generally use your hands a lot (especially if you’re prone to RSI or Carpal Tunnel!) try these stretches as both a preventative measure, and on the spot relief. Take care of yourself and your body, friends!

Start with hands up, fingers stretched out.  Stretch your thumb as far as you can over your palm. Hold and repeat 4 times.

Touch each finger to your thumb. Hold each for 30 seconds. Repeat on each hand 4 times.

Start with a fist. Open half way, hold for 2 seconds. Stretch fingers out, hold for 2 seconds. Repeat 4 times.

Start with one arm out, palm up. Pull your fingers back with your other hand. Hold for 10 seconds. Do the same with your other hand. Repeat 4 times

Start with arms up, palms out. Bend wrists down until you feel the stretch, but keep your fingers loose. Hold 10 seconds. Bend wrist upwards, until you feel it in your wrist and arm. Hold 10 seconds. Repeat 4 times.

i feel like people don't realize that there's no such thing as having "too many labels" because we all actually have roughly the same amount of labels. if you're not autistic, you're allistic. if you're not neurodivergent, you're neurotypical. if you're not queer, you're cishet. if you're not asexual, you're allosexual. if you're not aromantic, you're alloromantic. if you're not trans, you're cis. if you're not intersex, you're perisex. if you're not disabled, you're abled. an autistic, adhd biromantic asexual polyamorous non-binary person has the same amount of labels as an allistic, neurotypical hetero allo monogamous cis person. so if you ever think that you have too many labels, just remember, everyone else has about the same amount as you, so don’t feel bad about picking up a few more for yourself.
