Crude oil is a complex mixture of aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons that causes a variety of risks when released into agricultural and aquatic environment. This oil can alter population dynamics and disrupt tropic integrations and the structure of natural communities within ecosystems during spills. Microbiological and Physico chemical properties of crude oil and pristine soil samples were assessed using standard procedures. Most frequently occurring microbial isolates obtained were identified using molecular typing. Bacteria isolated from the contaminated soil were Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus cereus, Bacillus thuringiensis, Pseudomonas fluorescens, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Alcaligenes faecalis and Klebsiella pneumoniae. Fungi isolated were Penicillium citrinnum, Aspergillus fumigatus, Aspergillus flavus and Rhizopus stolonifer. The most frequently occurring novel isolates were S. maltophilia, P. sordelli, B. thuringensis, F. solani, C. deightonni, P. citrinnum, and C. bertholletiae. Percentage organic carbon content of the crude oil contaminated soil was 21.50 while the nitrogen content was 0.90 with a pH value of 4.69. This research showed that crude oil contamination of agricultural soil distorts its physico chemical parameters which has consequent toxicity on the soil, thus possibly hampering its fitness for use in crop production.

We hope that the street vendor act of 2014, has and will continue to provide street vendors with their rights and protect them from further exploitation. India urban region has more than 1 million street vendors. Indian street food is famous across the globe with every tourist who come to India wants to try the street food. Metropolitan cities have the most amount of street vendors in particular Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Ahmendabad. The street vendors open by their stalls at any place, you find them even on the main roads and every lane, which has given rise to congestion and traffic jam on the roads, the Delhi government has decided to allocate specific places in the city for street vendors and make mandatory their license. In Delhi there are more than 3 lac vendors but only 1,25,000 are legally recognized, the government has also taken measures to improve the condition of women street vendors. Street vendors have also been vendor of exploitation by the police and local municipality, where majority of the people depend on the street vendors for the purchase of their daily needs, with less price, which can provide profit to both consumer and sellers. It is an important element of urban economy and lifeline of majority of the people daily meal.

New policy is required to tackle the problem of climate emergency in the Indian subcontinent, urban India is devasting effected by this catastrophe with its growing population and lack of natural resources which has created pressure on the environment. Unlimited use of natural resources with continues mining and logging over the years have ultimately led to climate change. The government has introduced many schemes to control the effect of climate change in India with Domestic solar assignment, Domestic assignment on supportable habitat under the Nation Action Plan. Solar panels are being installed to produce electricity, green building, use of electric cars and buses are being launched in the India urban region. Solid waste management is a major problem which needs to be looked at. Floods cyclone are at rise, droughts have resulted in many rural people migrating to the urban region for jobs, it is estimated that the population by 2050 will rise to 50 in urban India for which Urban areas need to prepared itself to challenge the collision of climate emergency and further development needs to be made taken into consideration resilient development and sustainable development with an environmental friendly approach.

India require professional who can manage water resources, though rapid urbanization is training place in India, which is being in an unplanned way which has failed to provide basic infrastructure for the growing population, with rapid migration and rise of poverty in the region, we are also facing tremendous water crisis. Half of the population don't have access to drinking water they are dependent on water tanks, only 33 have access to piped water, half of the cities groundwater has vanished, the government have introduced so many schemes but the situation has struck to 33 waste water treatment, cities lakes and rivers have become a dumbing ground for the disposal of domestic and industrial waste. Today, individual states have introduced sewage treatment plant and innovative technology to tackle water waste. Smart living, smart farming and green technology is being adopted by the country to tackle climate change water crisis and treat waste water so that in future we can supply water to the growing demand and rise in population, where by 2050, India will emerge as a country with the largest population.

India today is emerging as a faster growing economy, and estimated to become the country with the largest population by 2050 crossing China. India's urbanization development has happened in an unplanned manner and with speedy migration happening from rural to urban India, it is expected that by 2030, 40 of the population will be living in urban India. Urban India can be divided into 2 categories the rich and the poor people, the rich people have access to everything and the poor and the middle class have become a victim of climate change, food shortage, India urban waste maximum amount of food in the world, it utilize maximum amount of groundwater for construction purpose. The economy of the country lies in the hand of 1 of the population who are rich, and the rest don't have much control, the average income is very less of a urban middle class to satisfy the basic necessities, the urban poor are becoming more poor, the smart city mission will bring development and economy growth but will make the rich richer and middle class people, upper middle class. Inequality, lack of opportunities where the educated unemployed youths can never help India come out of poverty. It is a growing economy in the world but very poor when it comes to development for its people.

A country is called development when their citizens have a decent and sustainable lifestyle, where there is minimum poverty and hunger issue. where India calls itself a developing country, but in the true sense of the term it is still underdevelopment where majority of the population live below poverty line, have no jobs and employment, there is food scarcity, water crisis existing in the society, lack of sanitation and illiterate rate is high. Rural sustainable development is the key to bring to achieve the sustainable development goals, eradicate poverty and hunger, Many Foundation, NGOs and civil society have taken the initiative and helped district and villages in making their region sustainable through different means and we have seen appositive growth, along with that they are government schemes for rural development however many of the schemes benefits don't reach to the people due to corruption and lack of political leadership. There are many farmers who are committing suicide, children are unable to reach out to school, there is hunger, children are dying due to malnutrition, electricity has not reached to many villages. We together need to work along with the gras root people to make rural India sustainable through innovative ideas and use of technology.

Sustainable development goals can be achieved to its fullest term when each and every citizen participate and work for it. Over population and lack of education are the two main loopholes in the Indian society, which have failed them in many ways to achieve a sustainable living followed by social standards of a society where caste system and gender based discrimination is prominent. However there have been states which have taken the risk and opportunity to move towards sustainable living, where India has inaugurated smart farming and smart and sustainable villages, electricity has reached out to the people through solar panels in the rural area, New education policy 2020 is a step to promote universal education. We are cutting down are usage on plastic and promoting jute bags. A very important component which requires change is social safety and security. In order to achieve the sustainable development goals we need to bring in social security for all its people, together we have to achieve the goals and fruits of the goals should reach out to all people and not just a few parts of the India or section of a society. SDGs will play a significant role in boosting the economy of India.

Rural pedagogy can help to resolve a number of problems of India which compose a colossal populace. India is underdeveloped country but the economy of India is developing, Well coming to rural education, we have seen an increment in the literacy rate in India and in particular there has been development in the rural education system, the government has new schemes for imparting education, infrastructure development. In reality the education imparted is poor as a student of 5th standard is unable to read a complete sentence and solve a basic maths question, what is the level of education, till now many villages don't have a school, they send their children to the neighbour, followed by teaching methodology in rural India is very primitive and traditional which require upgradation with changing time and modernization taking place, the rural education can help to bring in new development along with technology provisions in the region and will also eliminate the rural and urban gap.

Food security is emerging as a global threat, effecting every continent and part of the world, with India having a humongous population, with huge amount of food being wasted or getting rotten due to lack of cold storage infrastructure, Public Distribution system is the only hope for the people to receive a minimal food on a daily basis. PDS provides food grain at a minimum cost to the people every month especially the poor people, people living below poverty line, tribes and other vulnerable sector of the society. Since 1960 it has been serving the people. During the COVID 19 pandemic the PDS was used as a platform to reach out to people and provide them food grains, in fact free food grains was available and the people who didn't had a ration card, to option for a e coupon from the websites along with that lakhs of new ration card was formed. The Public Distribution system however have certain issues attach with it, the problem of fake ration card, lack of transparency which has resulted in the stolen of food grains from the ration shop and taken to the open market, moreover the PDS doesn't provide protein and nutrition foods which the body requires the most like Millets and pulses which needs to be added and women should be educated on nutrition literacy for focus more on the nutrition based crop along with other farmers.

Farmers are the main pillars of Indian economy and a source of food security for the whole nation. Farmers suicide has emerged as a serious problem today in India, each year thousands of farmers commit suicide due to lower income and heavy debt, they don't have access to market, new technologies and irritation facilities, their land is being taken away by private sectors, Contract farming, small holding of lands, climate change, food shortage, water, issues of droughts and floods have all affected the live of the farmers in a miserable way ,the income from cultivate is so low that they are now shifting from farms to non farms sector for earning, 76 of the farmers have left cultivation, marginalised and small holder farmers are the worst affected by it. The government has launched many schemes and brought in technology advancement still those facilities have not reduced the number of suicide cases, its growing at a rapid speed. Farmers today belongs to the most vulnerable section of the society. We need to all farmers access to the market, create better infrastructure and road connectivity followed by free health care and education provisions for the farmers and their families, special food package and medical insurance for farmers and their families.
