•it’s the gift giving time of year! And to no one’s surprise, the avengers all get gifts for their fav (y/n)!

•you had been on the team a few years, but this was the first Christmas were the team had settled enough to celebrate!

•and as such gift giving was in order!

•tony was the most predictable

•he’s a rich playboy with a thing for the dramatics, it wasn’t a shocker that his gift was over the top

•well actually from the size of the present he gave you, you would think it was a small gift

•he gave you a box no bigger then a chocolate bar that you assumed he had wrapped himself

•how could you tell he wrapped it and not pepper?

•easy, there was more tape then wrapping paper, it was also somehow burnt, will you ever know why? No!

•when you finally ripped off the red and gold wrapping paper, you found his gift was a bunch of vouchers and gift cards

•but this is Tony we are talking about, so the vouchers and gift cards were all for hella expensive brands and all had at least 3 thousand on them

•you were very tempted to ask him to take them back and just get you a costa gift card with 10$ on it

•however he wouldn’t have it- now you have thousands worth of gift cards and vouchers, enjoy your shopping-

•onto someone who gets a normal, realistic gift… Steve!!

•he remembers the kind of gifts he would get as a kid… socks!!

•and though he actually dose get everyone on the team wool socks, that isn’t his main gift, to you at least

•he actually put a lot of though into the gift, thinking of what you could need, he wants the gift he gets you to be practical

•not something you keep out for a week then Chuck In a draw never to be seen again

•so that’s how he chose his gift, and when looking at his gift with that mind set, it explains why he got you… a 20 pack of boxers

•it wasn’t as extra as Tony’s or as meaningful as others, but hey- at least you get new boxers

•all hero themed as a joke, expect tony to ask you to model the Ironman boxers for him

•speaking of meaningful, one such person who got you a meaningful gift was nat

•you had been good friends with her before you were even a avenger, so she obviously wanted to get you something meaningful with how long your friendship has lasted

•she went through all of her happy memories with you, thinking of different think you liked, important things to you and so on

•she dug up a few memory boxes she had stored away, going though old photos of you and her, getting a bit emotional as she did so, not like she would tell anyone tho

•she sooner or later found what she was looking for, a photo with a important quote from you on it

•so she got the photo copied and then got her gift for you… a hoodie with the quote on back

•she wrapped it up along with the copy of the photo and gave it to ya!

•emotions were had by all-

•The twins got you a joint gift

•it was a relative simple gift, though it was actually really sentimental

•wile they were in the hydra holding cells, Pietro would collect rocks and string, weaving them into pretty necklaces to pass the time

•it stopped him from loosing his mind and it gave Wanda a way to feel pretty in the prisoner outfits they had to wear

•so Pietro went around the word to important places to you and the twins, where you met, where you became proper friends and so on

•and collected rocks from said places

•before Pietro put holes in the rocks and made them into a necklace Wanda used her powers on them

•tying the memory to the rocks from the place, so whenever you touched the rock you would see the associated memory flash in your mind

•After that Pietro made the necklace and decorated it with Wanda’s help

•it was a simple, cheap, but meaningful as hell gift-

•one you would be keeping for a wile

•Bucky didn’t really know what to give you-

•he didn’t wanna seem like he was going over the top and come off as creepy but he also didn’t want to give you a lazy gift and seem like he didn’t care at all

•the fact he hadn’t given a gift in years sure was hell didn’t help at all

•so yea, the big bad winter solider was worried over a Christmas gift…

•so with the help of google, he was able to find out some good gifts to get!!

•he ended up getting you some nice self care products!!

•think shampoos, candles, bath bombs and so on, not something you really expected from him but you weren’t going to refuse a nice gift

•Clint was very used to the Christmas rush, he had kids after all-

•he had seen it all, Black Friday fights, bidding wars that would shock you to death with the prices and even… black market Christmas shops

•so knowing where to get presents wasn’t a problem, and even dealing with how to get them wasn’t a problem, he had learned

•getting a present that he believed was good enough for you on the other hand was a real struggle

•Clint saw you as basically part of the family, you knew his kids and even visited them on their birthdays

•he wanted to play you back for the important role you have been playing in his and his kids lives!!

•so with the help of his kids, they make you a custom bow and arrow set, all hand made and decorated

•it’s cute and sweet, half the arrows don’t work but that’s fine

•thor requires a bit of time to get used to the concept of Christmas

•after you explain it he is hell bent on getting you a good gift!!

•he will ask his brother for a favour, something very rare, so Loki kinda just follows along with it out of curiosity

•wanting to know what could make his brother be willing to ask for a favor of him

•so with the help of Loki thor made you a mirror that could show anyone you knew the name of

•very magical and amazing, though a bit of a embarrassment when you end up saying someone’s name in passing and then the mirror shows them asleep

•or the time you accidentally found out Bucky keeps the arm on in the shower

•Bruce, despite how smart he is, doesn’t know what to get you!

•he has to think it over for a wile and even let the big guy pitch in some ideas

•but sadly the big guys ideas weren’t the best

•like the one time you screwed over Meg and she gave you a earful about teamwork and how you needed to start being a bit less selfish, the selfish comment really got to you, you didn’t mean to be selfish, you just didn’t want to be hooked

•David could tell that comment got to you and he ended up attacking her and giving her a bloody nose... but then Meg was able to get a good kick into his shin... he couldn’t walk for a day or two after that-

• all that being said, his loyalty to you is boundless, and you don’t even know it!

•your hands are so electric to him, each touch makes him feel just a bit more alive

•each touch makes him just a little bit more addicted to you as a person

•if a killer is able to sacrifice you he will make it his goal to make them suffer through hell the next round he has with them

•at a young age a K-POP scout found you and put you in a top academy for learning the art of performance after seeing a street show you put on

•to say the academy was harsh would be a understatement, it was almost like a army camp so to say

•you found yourself spending 18+ hours a day doing dance practice, singing lessons and other things that that academy deemed needed to be a K-pop idol

•the food was barely enough to keep you alive, that mixed with the dancing meant you were dizzy a lot of the time wile training… but you pulled through, and graduated top of that class!

•sadly not all of your classmates were so lucky… some just fight get high enough scores, others… didn’t make it… you didn’t realise how cruel the industry was until you had already seen 4 friends die

• when you graduated it was time to get your name out there

•so by the time you were 17, you made your debut as part of a group that consisted of yourself, two girls called hanna soiu and Mei yu, and a guy by the name of Kyle Tojo

•The group was called ‘Dark devils’ and you all chose to make happy songs with dark meanings, because that’s what interested you all at the time!

•your debut song ‘sweet honey tea’, a cynical song using a upbeat melody to distract from the message, made it to top charts all over the world!

•and like that you were doing tours, more songs, full albums, merchandise and so much more

•by the time you were 20 you had one of the biggest following for a k-pop group, but you decided to part from the group

•you just didn’t want to preform in such a cruel industry anymore

•you started fainting from all the work you were doing, and your dizzy spells were getting worse

•you knew you were reaching you limit… so you left to America… where you met a man with a eye patch

•after introducing himself he claims to know about you and your physical skills, he invites you to do a quick test

•with nothing to do you accept and like that you passed with flying colours once again, and was offered a place in the avengers…

•you accepted after a bit of convincing

•and so you met them… and they loved you haha!

•the only one who knew you were a k-pop star before you told anyone, was clint of all people-

•his daughter had a k-pop phase a year or two ago and as a result he was exposed to a lot of k-pop guys that his daughter though was cute… you being one

•he remembers a poster of you in her bedroom

•he never really though much of you… but seeing you in real life… he could tell what his daughter saw in you

•he enjoyed slipping in your own lyrics to talks and seeing your face as you try to not call him out on it!

• he would harmlessly flirt with you…

• he actually knew a bit of Korean from missions!

•so you two would start talking in Korean every now and then, he loved to say flirty things in Korean, he also loved you would say stuff back!

•you tell him it’s the confidence from being a k-pop idol

•the way everyone else finds out is simple

•your old friends from the band contacted you, asking if you wanted to do a show with them as a thank you to long time fans

•you agreed and as such you started getting ready, and weeks later it was time for the show!

•a few days before tony said he had gotten tickets for a team bonding thing, you had to back out as you already had commitments

•neither you nor tony knew that the team bonding activity and your commitment was the same thing!

•so came the day…

•the avengers got to the concert and was around front due to tony being a rich bitch

•Clint already knew it was your band, but wasn’t aware you were going to preform

•so the show started!

•the first two songs went on with the current members of dark devils, singing their new songs that had nothing to do with you

•but then came the third song, named ‘bad boys bitch club’

•a song that was a subversion of normal love songs, Instead of painting the love interest as a good guy, they point him as a rude asshole who the singers were in love with despite that

• The first verse sent in as normal, the second verse was yours, though normally it was sung by some one else…

•you came onto the stage and started singing your old verse in the song

• “he’s a real faker, rule breaker, I’m getting off to his bad behaviour”

•all the avengers were shocked, even Clint

•you finished up the song with the band and moved onto the next song, and the next!

•after a few more the show was over!

•you took the chance to go home ASAP and sleep, you haven’t danced that much in years!!

•when you went down in the morning you had a bunch of different reactions

•tony made a few sexual jokes about that outfits you wore on stage, along with your lyrics

• “you like bad boys eh? Well I’m bad at everything other then se-“ smack

•he over all is pretty knew to k-pop and finds it interesting, even more so if you can rap in Korean

•would 100% buy all the merch he can

•Steve is so amazed, like… you can sing?!? And you didn’t tell him?

•he asks you to sing to him every now and then, he finds it really calming actually!

•asks about why you left and what not, would 100% support you if you wanted to get back into music

•draws stuff inspired from your songs and gives them to you

•Bucky is very interested by the lyrics… even if he can’t understand half of them

•you catch him singing a few of your songs to himself

•would hey really flustered if you sang to him, he would love it tho-

•though when he dose some research about k-pop he gets pretty uncomfortable when learning about all the cruel things the idols have to endure

•though he likes your music he is glad you left the industry

•the twins love to randomly pop up and start singing your song to you to tease you-

•they do actually love hearing you sing tho

•Wanda would teach you some songs she knows

•she would 100% be on bored if you wanted to get back into music

•she will sometimes sing your song in your mind as a joke

•he gets a bit embarrassed when you catch him singing your song in the shower

•he also wants to learn all about your culture

•he actually can speak Korean… if only a few swears and basic words

•you find it funny when he says he wrong word and ends up saying something stupid

•Bruce never listened to k-pop before so he’s actually quite interested by it

•he asks about what the Korean lyrics mean

•will put your music on in the lab as he works

•would attend any live shows you do if you wish to do another one

•he really likes your singing voice… this became a issue when he couldn’t hulk out because of it

•so now he’s band from listening to your music before a mission

•he also really loves your confidant stage persona

•he gets a little flustered whenever you take in your stage persona

•Natasha… this bitch already knew you were a ex k-pop star

•how you ask? A simple google search, she found out wile looking for your Instagram to follow… she could only find fan accounts

•she never mentioned it because you were a ex k-pop star, she figured you didn’t want anything to do with it anymore

• she dose give your a complement or two after the show

•and she may or may not have listened to some of your songs when training

•she prefers the more alternative songs rather then the more traditional pop ones

•she dose come up few a dance for some of your songs, she’s more then happy to show them to you, even happier if you chose to dance with her!

•she likes to hum along as you sing

•Thor is very excited by your music

•he more or less instantly starts listening to it, and I mean instantly… like as soon as he got back to the tower after the concert

•he ends up hugging you the next morning and saying “truly a performance worthy of the gods!”

•he likes listening to you singing live rather then recordings

•still listens to your songs on repeat

•he loves if you would sing as you brush his hair out carefully

•Steve is getting pretty pissed about it, he already knows he likes you, and is unhappy with that disrespect you are getting!

•but just as he is going to step in, he sees you switch from looking shy and a bit nervous to looking… like… Steve himself in a meeting!

•he realised you were mimicking him, taking on his posture, to the point it looked a bit like you were holding a non-existent shield, you were talking in a calm but powerful tone like he normally dose

•when He realised this… his heart melted like chocolate in a volcano

•he found you being tough so cute!!!

•but he also liked that you learned from him, that’s what really makes him realise ‘shit… I’m weak for him’

•once he realises just how he feels, he will start cuddling you more, he finds it cute and comforting

•then you walk in and see he’s stressed

•instead of walking out or informing the team he could hulk… you take a seat next to him and start being silly and chatting to him

•he quickly starts laughing as you try to spell words with the periodic table and keep messing up, he finds it cute

•after that… you Just chat… from 2pm all the way to 3am, then you fall asleep in his lab

•you fall down to his lap and he sees your peaceful sleeping face

•after hours of going at it and her winning you start to improve

•you learn hey fighting style quickly, if you had the weapons you would have won on round two

•but with just your fists and skills it took around 7 rounds till you can’t close

•and then on the 8th you finally turned the tables on her!

• you faked a kick to her ribs causing her to protect there, before dropping down to your knees and punching up to get jaw! Sending her out of the arena

•and she wanted to be mad about your underhanded tactic but she couldn’t be-

•she was to impressed and awed by you!

•that exact moment she realized she had a soft spout it you is when she saw you do a little victory dance

•other then maybe a bit more contact like hugging, not much will change once she realised

•she knows it’s best to treat you more or less the same

•she was already doing what she would do

•she shows her softness for you through small things: walks, simple coffee dates and so on

•Next up to be hit by the soft spot is Clint!

•he had been aware of his feelings for you for a wile, his crush I mean, he knew he wanted to possibly pursue a relationship or closer friendship

•he discovered just how much of a soft spot he had for you wile you were visiting his kids with him

•so at one point wile you were near a army of enemy soldiers, he almost lost his balance and alerted them all to you being there

•thinking quickly you pulled him too you and kept him still, whispering to him “hey… it’s okay… just try not to do it again” he could tell you learned that from Steve

•but there was softness to your words that Steve lacked even speaking, a softness that kinda told Bucky just how soft he is for you

•but… due to him discovering just how much he cares for you, he begins to avoid you for a bit

•he’s worried that one day the winter solider will come back and he will hurt you, he wouldn’t be able to forgive himself if he hurt you-

•after some convincing he will stop avoiding you but still be very careful around you

•he prefers not to talk and more so just be around you, you tend to have wordless conversations

•you can both understand the other more or less completely without words, this is deadly when your on the battlefield together

•he loves to hug you but only dose it with his human arm, he doesn’t trust his metal one around you

•you calm him and worry him at the same time

• being around you makes him feel more at peace, but he’s also worried we could bring harm to you

•another one on the ‘would sacrifice himself for you’ scale

•he’s not a likely to do it without reason as Pietro, but still more likely then Clint

•he views you as more important then himself

• he shows care through wordless things: gifts, trusting you more so than others and small touches

A/n: this is a little Drabble for a friend of mine

A drawn out, tired sigh escaped my pursed lips, the hot air bouncing back into my face due to the mask covering it, I pushed open the door to my shared home, almost falling in, I was able to stay up long enough to close the splintering door behind me. I stumbled around, leaning against the flaky grey walls for support, despite the fact I didn’t even really think the thin wood could take my weight, but it managed if by some will of god, I followed the wall in the darkness of night to the home stairs, dragging myself up them, and to my bedroom. As I made my way into the pitch black bed room, I gained enough confidence in my strength to pull myself off the wall with a quite grunt, I gripped my injured arm with the other carefully, making my way to the bed through muscle memory. I felt the bed frame bang my foot, I took a few steps to the side till I hit another thing with my foot, the bedside table, I turned to it and I carefully placed the glistening silver knife down on the old, scratched and banged up bedside table, next to the bottle of PTSD pills, my fingers felt broken... tonight was much more stressful then I would have liked it to be. I lifted the hand of my unhurt arm to my face, and pulled off the bloody mask, it was getting far to warm, I opened the draw of the bedside table and chucked it in without as much as a word. I sat on the bed with a small bounce, I wanted to just lay down and stop feeling the pain in my arm... but I couldn’t... it hurt... so much... damn it! I should have been more careful! I can remember the events that lead up to my arm getting slashed so clearly, I should have been better... never mind, I can learn for next time, adapt, be better... for the sake of beating hydra... for the sake of Bucky... we only just escaped the horrible organisation, luckily for us he was already becoming his own person! Slowly but surely.

I started tending to my injury, calmly disinfecting it and bandaging it up, the cold cotton against my burning skin caused me to flinch, I almost flinched again when I felt something on my skin... blood, and a lot more then I though... well isn’t that just fucking dandy!?! After my arm was patched up I preyed that I would be able to lay down, but as I attempted I felt a shock of pain shoot through me, electrifying me, the current pain was worse then the actual slash! With a defeated sigh I stood back up off my bed, it was pointless to try and sleep, at least without taking some pain meds, and the only pain meds I have are in Bucky room. I stumbled back out my room, doing my best to keep myself up by once again leaning on the wall, the blood loss was making me light headed, I felt so dizzy, and like my brain was going numb slowly. I soon made it to my friends room and opened the door quietly “James, are you up?” I ask with a curious inflection to my voice, my voice was no more than a gentle whisper as I made my way to beside his bed, I waited a second for him to respond... he didn’t. With a small smile I chuckled to myself, looking at his heavily shadowed figure in the bed, I couldn’t help but think about everything that led us here, to tonight, we were out of our depth trying to do this... a ex-hydra weapon and a ex-hydra assassin trying to take down hydra on their own? Why did we think we could do it easily?!? Thinking about that horrible organisation... I can’t help but think of one thing they did that was good... they brought me and Bucky together, I look back on the day fondly, even knowing we were the bad guys of that day. I was tasked with keeping track of a target, though I was ordered not to kill them... not yet... I was to let the new weapon have a go at killing them, it was his first test run in a real situation, as expected he did well and killed the target, but he left witnesses, and those I dealt with, before reprimanding him for it “that was sloppy, a rookie mistake! Do you even know what your doing?” I huffed at him, putting a finger in his face, he looked slightly upset by my words and went to respond but I cut him off “don’t even, just don’t be sloppy next time... that being said you killed your target well, impressive” I complimented with a smile, to which I saw his face light up for a second “thank you sir!” And from there our friendship blossomed to what it is today... can I even call it friendship anymore...

Our... ‘friendship’ has changed... at least for me it has, I don’t even know when or how it turned into... it turned into... I pushed the though out of my head, my feelings don’t matter... I’m just here to help him get back on his feet, take down hydra, meet with Rogers again then vanish as I always do... it’s one the good thing I’m good at, running away... I ran away from my family, I ran away from my home, I ran away from my old gang, i ran away from the scenes of my crimes, I ran away from hydra, I just ran away from a near death experience and I’m planning to run away from Bucky, maybe that’s just my superpower... no use dwelling on it. I broke my eyes away from buckys sleeping form and onto the bed side table, my eyes now being adjusted to the dark allowed me to see what was on the table, his gun, that he didn’t even let me touch, a photo of him and Steve that was framed, and a photo of me laying down next to it... over my face was a packet of pills, the pain medication I was looking for, I quickly snatched it up and started digging my finger nails into the foil cover, getting two pills out before putting the package back and placing it over my face once again. I took one last glance at Bucky before turning away from him and making my way back to my bed room, I took a seat on my bed, and chucked the pills into my mouth, swallowing them dry, it hurt a bit and felt odd but I couldn’t really give a fuck right now! I sat on my bed in silence for a second, waiting for the pills to start numbing the pain... and when they did, I lay down and closed my eyes, preying it wouldn’t be long till the grasp of sleep took me into its realm of peace, a thing I haven’t got to have much of for the last few months, hell years!!!

Information for reading: YamiKawaii is a type of fashion that mixes themes of cuteness with themes of sickness, and it’s my personal fashion taste! Note that YamiKawaii isn’t just fashion but I’m going to stick to fashion and the main values of YamiKawaii only for this!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~•at first the avengers only saw you wile on missions or at meetings to discuss said missions

•as such they only saw you in a standards boring old Shield uniform, or your hero outfit, which was built to suit your power and stealth, being high tech and printed shades of black and grey, much to your disappointment

•but sooner or later Steve and Tony are able to convince both fury and you that you do enough work with them, and are close enough friends with them to be considered friends (ignoring any crushes that may be brewing that is) and as such should become a member and move on with them

• so you moved in with the avengers a week later!

•you set up your room by yourself, and when you went to eat with the avengers that night you wore a simple shield issue hoodie and joggers for comfort

•during the meal you mentioned that you had to get up early in the morning tomorrow to do your second job, the one you do when your not a shield agent

• “what do you do (y/n)?” Steve asked with a smile as he started picking at his salad “oh! I’m a model!” You couldn’t help but smile wile saying it, you loved your job after all

•it checked out with the team, in their opinion you did look like a model “I mean with a body like that of course your a model!” Tony chuckled with a wink added on at the end to get his message across

•he got a elbow in the ribs from nat after that “what agency do you work for? I would love to see your work” she hummed kindly “ I work for Byōkidakedo kirei magazine”

• none of them could speak Japanese, so they didn’t know that Byōkidakedo kirei meant ‘I’m sick but pretty’

•in the end they decided it would be cool to see your work, so when you were at work that next day, Tony went out and bought a bunch of Byōkidakedo kirei magazines

•they passed them around and looked for you, skimming the other models until their eyes landed on you

•wearing a black bunny hoodie with a pink needle graphic on front, matching with your pink jeans, that had black stains all over, your wore a chocker with a blood drop charm, in your hand was a bright pink gas mask with cute jewels on it, your eyes were red and irritated at the corner, and your cheeks seemed pale

•they didn’t expect this to be the kind oh fashion you did, but they weren’t really disappointed at all! In fact they loved it! Well for the most part

•Tony never seen this kinda fashion before!

•it made sense though, the Japanese influences were clear to see, very different to American fashion he was used to

• he finds the fashion interesting and really cool!

•he knows that it’s not meant to make fun of mental illness and illness, in-fact it seems that you bring attention to it with your modelling

•and he finds out that YamiKawaii isn’t all about mental health and illness despite that being the main points of it

•he gets you to wear it more around the tower and in public, he might even try to sneak elements of YamiKawaii into your hero outfit-

•whenever he’s shopping or out and he sees something related to medicine, syringes, death or just something cute in a morbid way he will buy it for you on the spot!

•expect to get a few very limited edition clothes and alike

•he will actually start wearing little bits of YamiKawaii himself, though only small, he might cover up his eye bags less to get the sick look, and he wears a cute syringe with pink liquid pin you got him

•he gets you in contact with much bigger modelling companies, and helps you grow your social status, a very important thing for a model of any genre, even more so such a niche one as YamiKawaii

•expect Tony to be front row at all if your live fashion shows from now on!

•after he will take you out for a ‘friendly’ and flirty dinner as a congrats for a job well done

• Clint is in complete and total awe!!!

•like... since when could anyone be that cute?

•he ends up subscribing to your magazine company, just so he can get photos of you as soon as they come out! He thinks it’s creepy at first but you insure him it’s normal

•he’s hella supportive, in the very fatherly way, he always tells you that your doing what makes you happy, so your doing the right thing!

•he would also support you if you wanted to quit the avengers to model full time

•Clint likes when you wear more formal looking YamiKawaii outfits, think pastel suits with black skull pins and virus patterns detailing, it makes you look so proper

•he also likes the more revealing outfits, you can guess why

• finds them super hot

• that all being said he doesn’t like the eye Blush makeup you often do with all your looks

•he full understands the make up is meant to make you look ill, drained and sickly... and that’s why he doesn’t like it!!!

•he hates the idea of you being ill, even if much of YamiKawaii fashion is inspired by illness... lord help if you get a cold-

• on a happier note... his daughter will see one of your photos and go “he’s so handsome!!!”

• Clint just ends up saying “agreed~” and then he introduced her to you and you get her into a little bit of YamiKawaii

•he has a room at his home styled for you if you ever want to come over for a night

•he invited you a few times!

•Natasha is used to dark colours, she wears mostly black after all, and no one in the team wears pastels... well until you that is

•so Nat is kinda like... why is it so colourful... yet the inspirations of illness is so dark?

•after she gets over the fact she feels like she looked into the sun after years trapped in the basement-

•she really loves it!!! And will actually maybe adopt a few little bits of YamiKawaii into her fashion

•but nothing more then a necklace or a lazy t-shirt, and all in darker colours then the common pastels you wear

•anyone who gets on your case about your Choice in clothes is getting a death glare

•and they will get a death threat if the reason they get on your case is your gender, she hated when people say guys shouldn’t wear such ‘girly’ or colourful clothes

•Wanda sees your model shoots and is so overjoyed-

•she finds your style so cute and unique, she hasn’t seen anything like it before! And she loved that about it!!!

•she will 100% buy herself a few bits and pieces to wear, if not borrow a few items from you

•you would find yourself going out with her wile both of you are in YamiKawaii

•she’s very curious as to how you got into YamiKawaii

•she would ask stuff like when did you find out about YamiKawaii? How did you find out about it? who was your biggest inspiration? And so on!

•she tends to come to your live shows with Tony Just to watch you work close up and in real time, a lot different to looking at all your photos

•and to say she in impressed is one hell of a understatement!

•she gob snacked... like she didn’t expect you to come down the stage so powerfully with this aura of confidence

•she ends up asking you to teach her how to do the model walk... and then she randomly dose it around the tower much to everyone’s amusement

•she also finds it funny that you accidentally do the model walk wile on missions-

•she understands it’s muscle memory and all, but still-

•like you knocked out a hydra agent that had been causing the team trouble... and then just... model walk away!

•she can’t help but laugh when she sees it, it almost makes her unable to pay attention to her powers when it happens

•Pietro loves your taste in clothes

•he had seen it once or twice before when he took a quick run to the fashion district in Tokyo

•though he had never seen a male model of it until you, and he finds you adorable!!!

•that being said...

•he would never wear YamiKawaii, it’s just not his style in the slightest!

•that being said...

•if you beg enough he will let you and only you see him in one of your YamiKawaii outfits... only if you give him a kiss in return

•you can decide if that’s a negative

•he will take you to Tokyo to buy clothes at proper YamiKawaii shops!

• he would claim you owe him big time for it, but in reality he just wants to see you smile and you don’t actually owe him anything

•but if you ask what you owe he will just say “a kiss” if you actually Kiss him he’s flustered as hell for the rest of the day

•he’s doing laps to calm down

•the most unfazed by it

•will pick up a copy of a magazine your in if he sees it in the shop

•now onto the one person who have a... less then impressed reaction

• you end up being the one to show him a lot about what is now allowed

•it takes him a bit... but he sooner or later comes to not hate YamiKawaii

•he doesn’t really like it, even if he’s learned about it, it’s just not his kinda thing in the slightest

•that being said he dose complement you and let you wear it whenever you want

•he dose find it kinda cute on you

•Bucky on the other hand loved your choice in clothing a whole hell of a lot, he wasn’t as stuck in his time as Steve so it made a bit of sense

•he would shower you in compliments whenever he could, and I mean whenever

•he wouldn’t actively go out and try to find YamiKawaii for himself to wear, but if you gift him something he won’t hesitate to wear what ever it is

•he likes your model persona, he finds it kinda funny how you can go from your usual self to a walking doll with enough confidante to scare some people

•it all started to happen so fast...

•since Wanda stopped airing the show that is...

•the next Agnes reviled her true nature as Agatha to the likes of Wanda and Clint, who both quickly went to battle with her

•she seemed pretty good at avoiding attacks, baiting and dodging, never letting her foe know what she was planning next...

•sooner or later Wanda found herself in the park away from Clint, lured by the cries of her kids

•Clint found himself on a distant building roof top, and he was able to line up a good shot on the purple witch, but when he took it...

•you took a step in his way, the arrow going through your arm “Clint, that’s not very nice is it? I don’t think a husband is meant to shoot their husband in the arm” you smiled, a faint purple glow in your eyes

•then as you battled with a very reluctant Clint, he starts getting his senses back, he enjoyed playing your husband... but he knew it wasn’t your choice to play this role “I’m not your husband! I’m your friend!” He yelled as he tackled you

•you both rolled around on the roof, sharing punched and kicks, he didn’t use any arrows against you, he didn’t wish to hurt you

•after more fighting agatha convinced Wanda to open the ‘hex’ by overwhelming her with guilt by freeing everyone from Wanda’s control, as soon as they were free they started begging for freedom or death and Wanda couldn’t handle it...

•the walls of the hex started dropping, letting a few westview people out, and letting the avengers in

•they didn’t quite know why it opened up, but they weren’t going to waste the chance

•they all made it in before Wanda closed the hex again, as she realised it was killing vision and her kids to get rid of it

•Thor, Nat and Tony went to fight you with Clint as the rest went to help Wanda vs Agatha

•the real fight started then, you and Agatha worked in perfect synergy, you kept some of the avengers at bay wile she battled with Wanda and a few of the avengers, she could handle that well enough

•you put up a good fight against the team, you seemed to have no regard for your own health as you battled, meaning they had to be careful with how they attacked

•it was a possibility that you could kill you self wile blocking a attack

•but soon you got over powered by them all

•Nat swung at your legs, as you fell you went to back flip to prevent you from falling over, but as your feet were about to touch the ground again Tony blasted the ground out from under you, as your feet landed on the crumbling ground you stumbled...

• and you found yourself trapped in a tight hug from thor, who had flew up behind you

•if the god of thunder was being honest he chose to hold you in a hug because he missed you!... and because he knew he could hold you in one with little chance of escape

• “let me go you brute!!!” You kicked and screamed, attempting to claw at his eyes, luckily thor had Clint to hold your hands back before they could make contact with his eyes

• “we will have a long talk about your role in this Barton!” Thor growled “but thank you”

•at the same time the rest of the team was fighting Agatha with Wanda, Agatha found herself also starting to lose, the final nail in her coffin was when Nat jumped down from the roof and kicked her followed with Steve and Bucky punching her in the face

•she took a few steps back, and in her weakened and dazed state Wanda started draining how power “nooooooo!!!”

•the witch still tried to fight without her magic, but got punched into a stone statue by a running Pietro “don’t mess with my family!!!” She banged her head pretty badly

•and like that it was over, thor, Tony and Clint came down to the park with a now knocked out you in thors’ arms

•they could finally have you back, but first they had to undo Agathas’ spell over you

• “where is it!” A pissed of Bucky yelled, grabbing agness’ hair and pulling her toward him, he had been patient this whole time, he wasn’t being patient anymore “where is the thing your controlling him with!”

•Agatha choked out a defeated laugh “June 3rd” she sputtered before the head trauma and blood loss took effect and she passed out

•everyone look to each other in anger and confusion, that wasn’t a answer, they begins getting worried, how the hell were they meant to free you?!?

• that was until Clint calmly walked right next to you in Thor’s arms, he carefully took your hand and slipped your wedding ring off, and dropped it to the ground before stomping on it till it was crushed

• “June 3rd was our made up wedding day” Clint hummed, revealing how he knew what was controlling you from the hint

•but you didn’t, you still treated him as a friend like you always have

•and he made the offer to you he had promised he would make since this whole wandavision bull started “(y/n)... you know me and my kids live away from all this hero stress, and I’m sure after this you have had enough of it... so I’m offering for you to live with us”

• you responded with a smile “that’s kind Clint, but I’ve had my fill of domestic living for the year! I need thrill”

•Steve is quick to treat you as if that all never happened

•though he will now pay a bit more attention to you, after all, one of the reasons this mess happened is because the likes of the team ignored you and Wanda after you were dusted abs brought back

•he also asks that you get a weekly coffee with him, just so he can make sure your okey and catch up with you

•Steve decided to hide all the drawings he did of you wile you were in the hex, you didn’t need to know Just how much he missed you

•Tony becomes a lot more protective

• the first time he lost you took a huge effect on him, and after the scare that just happened he wasn’t taking chances anymore!

•even though you could handle yourself he asks that you have a body guard with you at all times

•he allows you to live in the tower with him again, though it’s now only you two, everyone else moved out by now

• this of course means you two do get closer then ever

•he’s one of the few to admit to you just how much of a effect your death and kidnapping took on him

•this leads to a even closer friendship, well friendship with flirting and maybe a bit more

•Bucky was very... very... VERY happy to have you back

•he invited you to stay over with him for the first few nights after you are freed from the hex

•you agree, he seemed to miss you more then He ever had before

• his small house was a mess, it looked like he had a winter solider related melt down

•it kinda made sense he would, your the closest thing he has to a anti-winter solider pill, he had become reliant on you

•after he calms a bit, and gets a clearer state of mind, he will invite you to come to his house of Sunday nights to chat and watch a film

•he likes to hold you wile you watch... also he enforces a no sitcoms rule

•Nat keeps herself calm, she’s happy to have you back

•expect some calls and visits from her

•she won’t smother you, she knows that it doesn’t help

•she will make sure you know she’s there for you though!

A/N: happy mer-may!!! Also this was written over 4 days, I had to stop a lot for reasons, so if it seems disjointed I’m sorry!

•mer-people, the people of the sea!

•they come in all different types! From jellyfish-people to shark-people! Though they all live together as mer-people despite any differences they have!

•you were born to two young mer-people, you were born a merman, a lionfish merman

•due to your lionfish origins you had a shorter tail then most other mer-people, if only by a few inches

• but that was made up by your giant, long and pretty semi-transparent fin, and the fact your tail was a brilliant white with stripes of a electric orange, matching the sharp yet slightly flexible spines on the backside of your tail and on your upper arms

• you grew up deep in the sea, in the underwater kingdom of coranalia, one of six powerful mer-kingdoms

•you grew up hearing tales of the horrible land walkers

•the tales of how land walkers took over parts of the sea and poisoned it with black liquid and transparent objects

•the tales of how they killed sea creatures without a second though

•due to the tales, there was a unspoken rule, don’t go to the surface

•but as you got older, you became curious, was everything said about the land walkers true? Were land walkers even real?!?

• when you turned 16 you decided to risk it all...

• you started sneaking off to visit the surface full well knowing all the risk!

•you made sure to keep to rocks a good distance away from the land

•it was a dance with death, you could be found out at any second, but the thrill made it all the better

•you would sit on the rocks and sing, you would clean your spines, maybe even brush your hair or bask in the sun

•you did it for years, finding beauty in the surface that the rest of your kind hadn’t

•but you also witnessed just how cruel the land walkers could be...

•you saw some of them beating up defenceless creature of both land and sea for no reason!

•you have seen land walkers kill each other for the hell of it... the surface was pretty... but scary as well, but you still liked it!

• when you were 26 you swam to the surface as usual, avoiding any mer-people on your way, you got to your usual rock and took a look around, it was summer, the sun was out

• as a result the beach near by was full

•you put a good bit of effort into staying hidden as you lay down and closed your eyes, basking in the sun

•you didn’t even notice you fell asleep

•but you noticed when you woke up, when you heard a gasp

•your eyes shot open and looked around, you quickly noticed a man with long dark brown hair, black swim shorts and a metal arm, swimming very close to your rock

•his eyes wide with enchantment as he looked you over, and you would be lying if you said he didn’t interest you

•despite that you quickly went on the defence! He was a land Walker after all!

•you lifted your arms to show the deadly spines on them “άδεια!” You yelled

• he lifted his arms, trying to show he meant no harm “I won’t hurt you! Promise”

•you lowered you arms, showing you were backing down

•you couldn’t understand him, but you got the idea from how he was acting, he backed off a bit “ti thes o peripatitís gis?” You asked

• it took him a wile but he recognised the language! You were speaking Greek, you said ‘what do you want land walker?’ Bucky replied calmly “típota, kolýmpi kai eída, íthela na po óti fainótan ómorfos” (nothing, I was swimming and saw you, I wanted to say you were handsome)

•you went read in the face, the sight made the man smile, he had never felt so warm in his Chest!

•you gave the land Walker another look before jumping to the sea, and swimming right up to him, getting a closer look of him

•he didn’t seem like the other land walkers, he seemed nice

•wile he noticed you tail was so pretty and powerful, the orange was hypnotising

•you cupped his face with a hand and looked deeply into his eyes, before giving him a deep kiss

•Bucky was shocked... but not disappointed

•when you pulled away you let out a deep breath “what’s your name?” You said in now perfect English “Bucky...” he replied with a smile

• “I’m (y/n), now pretend we never met land Walker!” You went to swim away but he grabbed your wrist “why?”

•you rolled your eyes “id rather not have a land Walker know about me... god knows what land walkers would do to my kind”

• you tried to pull away “hey! We wouldn’t hurt you... I wouldn’t let them hurt you, please let me show you...”

•and that’s how you ended up living in a giant pool in the avengers tower, the pool was 3 floors deep and took up most of each floor, with only some land on the 3rd floor!

•the avengers each took a wile to get to understand everything, and it takes even longer for you to trust them

•Bucky didn’t quite understand everything but he made a effort to for your sake!!!

•he’s also the one you trust the fastest, he really was living up to protecting you!

•after he gained your trust, you would let him enter your pool freely

•he loves swimming with you! And will join you every chance he gets

•he likes wrapping his arms around your neck and letting you drag him along as you swim

•you end up finding out that being underwater for more then a few seconds sends him into a panic, you later learn this is due to past trauma

•so you don’t take him under water anymore

•he makes a effort to clean your scales, even though you told him you can do it yourself

•he likes the feel of then under his skin

•adding into that, he will only touch you with his human hand! He doesn’t wanna risk hurting you

•he also loves if you steal more kisses from him

•he finds out that mer-people are a lot more open with basically everything Including stuff like sex, love, their bodies and relationships

•if he has a nightmare or a panic attack he will come to you, he will ask you to just hug him

•to just wrap your tail around him and float... it gives his so much comfort

•also you find out through a few of Bruce’s tests that the venom in your spines is powerful enough to effect w super solider

•this doesn’t worry Bucky though! He trusts you

•Steve would be worried for a bit, but as you grow closer he starts to actually trust you a lot

•he would stay out of your pool out of respect, believing you wouldn’t want a land Walker in your water

•instead he would sit by the side of the pool and draw you or your tail

•he found that you were so oddly pretty to draw, it had to be something about being a merman, at least that is what he tells himself

•he would talk for hours with you about your home, and he would offer to take you back if you ever wished

•he loves hearing about all the sea creatures he had never seen, creatures hidden from humans

•if you offer for him to swim with you he would take it with a huge smile, he though you wouldn’t want him in the pool, so he’s overjoyed when you actually ask him to get in

•he’s shocking a bad swimmer, so he kinda clings to you wile in the pool, not that you mind at all

•Tony never believed in stuff like mermaids

•but here you were, a handsome merman swimming in a pool he built for you on request of Bucky

•it took you a wile to trust Tony, mostly because he seemed like the type to kill your fishy-friends for a needless profit

•but as soon as he earned your trust... a awesome friendship was born!!!

•he made fish-sex jokes to you 24/7, and you always responded to them with another fish-sex joke!

• “I’m sure you have bigger fish to fry, but my little-” “don’t finish that one stark” he was cut off by Steve that time-

•he puts effort into making sure the pool is the best it can be for you

•he asks what you want in it, what you need, what you eat and so on

•Tony liked swimming with you to relax after a tough mission, he finds you calm him more then anything

•he enjoys trailing your spines, careful not to Stan himself of course

•Tony 100% would ask to skinny dip with you... and you bit know what that means... agreed... you poor innocent bean-

•the first time he try’s to skinny dip in your pool was funny, you though that all land walkers had shorts/swimming suits as part of their skin, like you did your tail

•so when you saw Tony with no shorts... you though he got skinned or something and panicked!

•when he explained you were chill though, saying “oh, well I’m never wearing clothes, I guess it’s fair”

•Wanda earned your trust quickly, it was a instant connection

•she would watch from the land as you swam in the pool, and you would look up at her through the rippling water

•you didn’t speak much, but the looks you shared spoke enough

•you had full and very important talks with just your eyes

•soon you started singing together, you started it, humming a sweet tune that your mother used to sing

•then she started humming with you

•it soon evolved to actually singing the song rather then just humming it’s melody

•she nicknamed you siren due to your pretty voice! Though you told her sirens did she actually exist, all the tales of sirens were actually just petty mermaids

•Wanda would swim with your every now and then, she was very good at it compared to the rest of the team

•she could swim all the way down to your makeshift bedroom on the 1st floor, the deepest one, though she couldn’t stay long without needing air

•the silver speedster was also quick to gain your trust, you could blame it on his cheeky smile and warm personality

•Pietro couldn’t actually swim, but the dumb ass would jump into the pool just so you would save him

•first time he did this he almost died because you assumed he could swim-

•other then that-

•he will pull you onto the land and carry you around the base... Steve’s face when he saw Pietro giving you a piggyback ride around the living room was priceless-

•he tries to show you all different parts of earth culture, he dose this by running to different places and getting food for you to try from them

•he also gets little trinkets to place on your spines... you now have a tree shaped air freshener handing of one of your spines

•... no you won’t take it off! Pietro gave it to you and now your way to attached to it-

•if he ever needs to slow down, he comes to you, sometimes, just listening to you sing makes him feel worlds better about literally anything

•Clint likes to dip his feet in the pool, but not quite swim, he would rather kick that waves wile having a nice little chat with you about anything you want, even maybe a little flirt added in for spice

•though he will swim if you show him some cool merman moves in the water!!!

•he 100% asks if he can use some of your venom to make his arrows deadlier

•you would also have to show him how to make a antidote just in case though, you trust his aim... just not his ability to not stab himself on a arrow by accident

•Clint would also explains to you how land walkers think of mer-people

•he tells you how your people went from symbols of temptation and lust among sailors... to a little girls dream best friend

•you found it kinda funny, it was cute that many little girls and boys wanted to be with your kind as friends

•it actually gave you a bit of hope for the land walkers

•one day, wile his kids are at the tower due to a incident at their some, they find their way to your pool

• they seen you in the pool and find you to be amazing, a real merman!

• a few hours later clint is looking for his kids, and finds then at the edge of your pool listening to you tell a enchanting story of the magical underwater kingdom you hail from wilt showing off your tail to them

•Clint had to take like 478362 photos of you and his kids bonding-

•his heart couldn’t take the cuteness!

•then you tell them about water safety and he’s even more in love (we Stan water safety on this page)

•he’s sad when he has to take the kids away from you because their sad abs your sad-

•on a completely different note he’s not against skinny dipping, he’s confidant in his body and all, along with finding it comfortable, he just wouldn’t want to make you uncomfortable, it’s your home after all

•he would love if you showed him underwater combat

•and so would nat!

•she’s quick to gain your trust, after all she’s a good talker

•she asks you to teach her your home language, a slightly off version of Greek mixed with Roman and Egyptian

•in return she teaches you English slang... and how to curse in Russian!!!

•cut to you two having a convo in Russian with Bucky snickering in the background and everyone else scratching their heads

•it’s really funny for those who understand Russian

•back to underwater combat-

•you teach her how to use water to her advantage in a fight

•you show her how to force a air breathing foe to take a breath of water, this often causes them to panic and take in more water and then pass out

•you teach her how to use the fact she can attack from any direction to her advantage

•and lastly you also teach her how to use bubbles as cover

•she’s quite happy with what she learned from you, and is happy to call you a friend!

•she will swim with you every now and then to relax, she likes drifting along the surface, listening to you tell her random things

•also much like Clint she asks for some of your venom!

•but she wished to weaken it enough to be a almost instant knock out drug she can use wile on mission

•Bruce was a bit nervous when you first met because...

•you hated him at first

•he introduced himself as a ‘man of science’, you have heard of these men before, the cruel things they did to poor creatures in labs...

•he was sad that you gave him a death stare anytime he came near you, because of this he never dared ask if he could do harmless experiments on you

• but with time, as he showed that he didn’t want harm to you or the creatures you called friends... you started to warm up to him, if only slightly

•the first time you didn’t give him a death glare he was overjoyed-

•it took a wile but you soon got in friendly terms, I mean a long wile!

•and by friendly terms I mean you would have small chats with him about random things, mostly about your home

•you still took longer to trust him

•so for that period of time he would listen to you talk about all the underwater creatures you grew up with, he loved hearing you talk about them, how fond of them you sounded was sweet!

•the next day he would come back to you with ideas of how to improve their living condition and health in a safe way!

•that’s how he gained your trust fully, after a few times of it happening of course

•when you fully trusted him you invited him into your pool

•he couldn’t swim but he agreed, he clung to your chest as you show him how to swim

•though you have a bit of struggle translating merman swimming to land Walker swimming!

•in the end he can swim a bit!

•he would be very happy if you praise him for a good job-

•Thor had your trust from that beginning, he was sweet, kind and praised you to no end... that being said

•the god of thunder is banned from your pool

•at first when you told him he couldn’t swim he was a bit offended, he looked like a kicked puppy

• but when you explained that thunder and water don’t mix... he was sad but understood

•he would sit by the pool and talk to you

•you two could relate, you both came a more magical and open place then the place you were now

•he already knew of your people, it was common knowledge that mer-people exist to him

• he tried to teach you what he knew of earth customs

•he gave you a lot of pop tarts!

• “I’m going shopping what do you want?” Steve asked, starting to write a shopping list, only to stop at a rhythmic banging of a pool side “pop tarts! Pop tarts! Pop tarts!” You and thor would chant
