Random ass rant about Troy Otto
Season 3 Troy is one of the most interesting ftwd characters and the way he was portrayed was just sooooo. I do not see enough people talking about it, the man went through so much it’s no wonder he’s insane. Him being the least favourite despite working so hard for both his father and mother and she died hating him even tho he did everything he could to take care of her. Then when Madison hears this she just continues to try and manipulate the guy. from all the conversations he has with Madison you can clearly tell he has parental issues and took a personal liking to her and the way she takes care of her family. I personally don’t think she ever liked or had any sympathy for him only trying to use him and tolerating him for Nicks sake. Not trying to say that that excuses him being psychopathic bc he is and after hearing his story it’s not surprising at all. Troy and Nick is another thing I can never get over, that cannot be expressed in words.

thinking about how one person told isaac lahey “i don’t want you to get hurt” for the first time in his life and he immediately responded to that with diehard trust and devotion.
like isaac is living it up, finally as powerful as that boy at the dinner table always wanted to be, but then scott is all gentle with him and cares about him so genuinely and you can See in isaac's eyes how it cuts through the leather jacket facade he’d been putting on.
he goes to scott instead of derek, his alpha, because scott always seems to want to do the right thing and maybe isaac does too. and scott shows him how to help instead of hurt and isaac cries because he got everything he ever wanted and scott showed him how to be even more than that, he showed him how to be good and so what's isaac gonna do but follow him anywhere
