Making People Believe in Hypnosis: Three Powerful Stories
Tumblr media
Even after years of hypnotherapists making people believe in the perils of hypnosis, there is still a large section of the society that does not want to buy into the fact that hypnosis is not a cheap gimmick, but an advanced scientific method of therapy, that has time and again proven to be more effective than the traditional methods.
Even hypnotherapists sometimes find it difficult to make their own clients believe in the skill and the power of hypnosis. It is a major part of their hypnotherapy training to make people believe in the process.
So, there obviously is no definite and sure shot way of doing this, otherwise it wouldn’t be an issue still. But there are certain examples or stories that people can get inspired from and try to take this step in their lives.
In this Hypnosis Training Academy, we present to you three powerful stories from the people who have undergone hypnosis and how it changed their lives for the better.
Visit the article below to read all three stories in detail.

Effective Ways to be Happier and More Fulfilled
Tumblr media
There’s an old song that goes like this…
“Happiness is: different things to different people.”
And while that’s absolutely true, it’s only part of the truth.
Because everyone needs the same things to be happy.
They need a certain amount of exercise.
They need to get a good night’s sleep.
They need a healthy and nutritious diet.
And they need social contact with as many other people as possible.
So while the “idea” of happiness may be different for everybody, what they need to achieve it is pretty much the same.
Check out this Hypnosis Training Academy article for more info on how to achieve happiness using hypnosis techniques:
Hypnosis And Happiness [Part 1]: How Hypnosis Can Make You Happier And Fulfilled
Want proof? Then think about someone who retires from their work.
All of a sudden they’ve got no routine.
They sit around all day doing very little and eating who knows what.
They stay up late watching TV because they don’t have to get up at a certain time.
When they do go to bed, they can’t get to sleep because they’re worried about not having anything meaningful to do.
And because they no longer go to their place of work, their social contacts have dwindled down to almost zero.
How could they possibly be happy?
For more information on how hypnosis can help you find happiness, read the article below:

The Ability To Keep on Trying and Repeating for Perfection!
Tumblr media
How can you know you’re not good at something if you don’t give it a try? People who are successful and have achieved whatever they set out for, also tried and failed at that thing first, before dusting themselves off and going for it again.
This is the key to success and living a good life. Keep on trying and letting yourself fail, only to come back stronger and better the next time. You have to believe in yourself and learn from your mistakes though, only then you’ll be able to challenge yourself better and hope for better results next time around.
This is a concept that hypnotherapists use with their clients, who are at the stage of giving up and mentally quite weak. They tell them to go again, try harder and eventually success comes their way. “Law of reverse effect” is an essential part of anyone’s hypnotherapy training, the law which hypnotherapists use to create a sense of strong willpower in their client’s unconscious mind, by only using simple motivational techniques.
All the trial and error that you have to go through may seem very daunting initially, but once you make yourself part of the process and start seeing results, nothing else will give you more joy.
To know more about the “law of reverse effect” and the balance of trying in hypnotherapy, visit the Hypnosis Training Academy article below.

How to help someone get over their “bad memories”
Tumblr media
Ever heard someone say: “that’s all in the past?”
Well, believe it or not, it’s true!
And here’s something else you might not know…
… it’s possible to go back and change the past.
Using hypnosis and a technique called reimprinting.
It involves homing in on a specific memory that’s been causing someone trouble.
Maybe a time when they were bullied and no one came to help them.
Or a hyper-critical parent for whom nothing was ever good enough.
And even decades later, that memory is still holding them back.
Check out this Hypnosis Training Academy article for more information on how to use the reimprinting technique successfully:
Hypnosis & Reimprinting: How To Turn Negative Memories Into Positive Ones
How does it work?
There are 3 simple steps.
First, you identify the problem.
Next, you fix the younger version of the client.
And finally, you fix everyone else who’s involved in that memory.
The idea is to turn the person into a hero rather than a victim.
You do that by building a story around the memory that gives them the chance to resolve those old conflicts.
And once they’ve been resolved, they’ll feel empowered…
… and being able to do all the things those bad memories have been stopping them from doing.
To find out more about hypnosis and the reimprinting technique, read the article below:

How to Get The Best Out of Yourself by Believing in The Law of Attraction?
Tumblr media
Law of attraction is a simple concept. It states that for every action, there’s an equal and opposite reaction. This is a theory that has been very well established throughout the years and is extremely relevant in our daily lives as well.
The longer and harder you work for your goals, the closer you’ll be to achieving them. This is a very simple concept as well. But why do so many people fail to achieve their goals then? What is the reason that people do not succeed with the law of attraction?
There are plenty of reasons for this, but the main and the most important one being self belief. There are people who don’t have full confidence in themselves, don’t have full confidence in their abilities, that’s why even after being fully committed, it becomes very difficult for them to achieve success.
Here are a few ways by which self-hypnosis can help you believe more:
Trust The Process: This is the most important thing. You have to have patience and trust in yourself and eventually with enough hard work, you’ll be where you want to be.
Access The Unconscious Mind: This is where self-hypnosis really comes into play. You have to program your mind in such a way that it never accepts failure, it has to become addicted to success and that will definitely work in your favour.
Get Rid Of All Limiting Beliefs: Make yourself clear of all the thoughts and feelings that you feel are not letting you be successful. It can be tough, but if you follow the basic steps, you’ll be able to do it.
To know more about these steps and how self-hypnosis works alongside the law of attraction, visit the Hypnosis Training Academy article below.

Discover Ways to Effectively Help Someone Deal With Trauma
Tumblr media
Where does trauma come from?
It happens when something terrible occurs.
Like being viciously attacked or witnessing extreme violence.
But that’s only half the story.
In fact, there are two stages to trauma.
Stage one is when the horrific event occurs.
Stage two is when the memory of the event plays over and over in your mind.
And as bad as stage one might be, it’s not the real problem.
The real problem is the second stage, where the event gets relived in all the gory details time and time again.
So how do you stop that from happening?
Check out this Hypnosis Training Academy article to find out how hypnosis can help eliminate trauma from your life: Hypnosis And Trauma
Why is hypnosis so good at dealing with trauma?
Because the problem with trauma is the memory of the trauma.
And hypnosis is very efficient at working with memory.
It connects with the unconscious mind and can implant positive suggestions.
It can offer regression techniques that will help sufferers confront and forget the traumatic experience.
It can enable them to tap into their own inner resources…
… so they have the strength and stamina to overcome the trauma.
Find out more about using the power of hypnosis to help trauma sufferers get their lives back to normal by reading the article below: Hypnosis And Trauma

Regression Therapy: What it Means And How it Helps With Emotional Trauma?
Tumblr media
As a hypnotherapist, everyone that comes to you has a problem that they’re unable to deal with. It can be a simple issue or a really complex one, but the common brief is that they are struggling to get that issue out of their head. Sometimes, that issue can be something related to their past, something buried so deep in their history that they might not even properly know about it.
Regression therapy is a form of hypnotherapy which can take that emotional trauma out of their memory, but not by giving them more pain and make them suffer more, but in turn, by making one of the worst experiences of their lives into a positive one.
This obviously is a tough skill and will take some time and hypnotherapy training to master, but once you do it, it is like a superpower where you effortlessly take a client’s trauma and painful memories out of their head.
There are a lot of advantages of regression therapy, a formula that follows three main principles:
The Difference between Behavior and Intention.
The Power of Negative Emotions.
Forgiveness.
Following these three principles, a hypnotherapist, with proper training and guidance can master this art and use it to the benefit of his/her clients.

The Difference Between Ego & Self-Esteem: How Hypnotherapists Can Restore Some Faith in Themselves?
Tumblr media
Everyone experiences a dip in confidence once in a while. People get to a stage where they forget all about their abilities and lose confidence in the fact that those abilities are the reason they have come this far in life.
The same is true for hypnotherapists. After a bad experience or two, they can get stuck in this rabbit hole of complete loss of confidence and it can take some time for them to recover. Normally when this happens to someone, we’d recommend for them to undergo hypnotherapy training, but who motivates the motivator?
Here’s some things to keep in mind, in order to restore the self-esteem, that’s so important to achieve more success:
Know the difference between ego and self-esteem. Contrary to popular belief, being egoistic is a lot different from being self-confident. Self-confidence is something you’re born with and something that comes naturally to you, while ego is something you develop overtime in your life, it is a coping mechanism which helps you shield yourself from criticism and keeps you in a sort of delusion. Avoid ego and accept that you have faults and start working towards correcting them.
Stop comparing yourself to other people. Everybody is different. They are built differently, have different abilities and can achieve different levels of success. Stop wasting your time comparing yourself to other, probably, more successful people. It will only give you a complex and will make it almost impossible to get any sort of improvement. Always mix with people that admire your work to a realistic degree and stay away from the ones who sneer at it. Take the confidence and constructive criticism on the chin and move on with it.
Always give your best. This might sound easy on paper, but it’s ridiculously hard in practise. You are stuck in a situation where you don’t believe in your own abilities, but the best thing to get out of that situation is actually believing and start working more towards that belief. You need to put all that you have in your work and that will surely yield results and in turn, you’ll get your confidence back. Set realistic goals, celebrate when you achieve them and then move on to the next one.
These are just a few of the ways you can get your self-esteem back as a hypnotherapist, but there are a thousand other things you can do, it should just suit you and your abilities the best.To know more about this topic, visit the HTA article below.

Discover Ways to Attract New Clients Via The Referral System
Tumblr media
Is it risky to make a referral?
Yes, it is.
But the level of risk depends on what you recommend.
For example, suppose you recommend a book you’ve read to a friend or colleague.
If they don’t like the book, it’s no big deal.
They’ll still like you and probably still value your recommendations.
It’s only a book, after all, and nobody’s going to get hurt.
Things are different if you recommend a professional, however.
Like a doctor, for instance.
If they don’t like the doctor, or if the doctor fails them, then they’re not going to be able to trust your recommendations in the same way.
And that means your relationship won’t be quite as strong anymore.
Find out more about referrals and how to ace them by reading this Hypnosis Training Academy article:
Hypnosis And Client Attraction Part 2: How To Win Clients With The Referral Strategy
So how can you tailor your referrals so there’s less risk involved?
Think about the person you’re recommending someone to and answer these questions:
What do they need?
What problem are they dealing with?
What do you (or someone you trust) have that can solve their problem?
Would your friend be willing to spend their time and energy making it happen?
These questions will help to minimize the risk so that the referral has a very good chance of success.
Check out the article below for more information on a tried and tested referral strategy that will help get your hypnosis business off the ground:
