Failed (?) minecraft idea #1

So.

I just popped into creative on my personal survival world (vanilla) to test out a design before i went to the trouble of gathering all the shit-i’m trying out the new updates bc i’ve been playing versions 1.7. - 1.10 in old technic packs for way too long (don’t judge)-and tried to build a cool functional/aesthetic farm idea i thought might work using only 2 water blocks to water all three plots in a controlled waterfall...well, this dummy forgot that only source blocks can water the plots. so yeah, i ended up having to put six water sources in the end-one for each end of the dirt blocks-after waiting a whole in game day for nothing, but it looks nice??
