#I like to think things don’t trigger me but I’ve literally not been THIS sad about my weight in so many years #whenever I read fiction that involves e*ting disorders they just feel soooo comforting for me to read #but in the past though they were comforting I knew at the same time they did trigger me and my eating #but when I read juniper and thorn (which I did not like!) it just felt so comforting I thought that was it #but today I’m staring at my belly trying not to cry 😭 #why have I done this I really don’t want to feel this way thank you!!! #p
