This Healthy Banana bread is made with added nuts and dates. It is so moist, fluffy, and so delicious. It’s easy to make and perfect as a breakfast option or dessert. Banana Date Nut Bread By @healthyfitnessmeals . Ingredients * 3 large spotted bananas * 1/4 cup coconut oil melted * 3/4 cup coconut sugar * 2 large eggs lightly beaten * 1 tsp vanilla extract * 1 cup flour of choice * 1/2 cup whole wheat flour * 1 tsp baking soda * ½ tsp salt * 1 cup walnuts * 8 Medjool dates Instructions 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly spray a loaf pan with coconut oil spray. 2. Remove the pit from the medjool dates and chop them into small pieces together with the walnuts. Separate the chopped dates as they tend to stick and you don’t want a big clump in your banana bread. 3. In a mixing bowl mash the peeled bananas with a fork. Add in the coconut oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract and whisk well to combine. 4. Sieve over the flours, baking soda and salt, then mix with a spatula to fully incorporate. 5. Fold in the chopped dates and walnuts to the mixture. 6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-55 min, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. 7. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Season salmon and cook for about 6 minutes. Flip over and cook 2 minutes more.⁣ 2. Reduce heat and add butter. Follow the recipe down below 👇 for more👈 - Recipe: For the chicken 4 chicken breasts 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning optional 1 teaspoon paprika optional 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1 tablespoon olive oil For the filling 2 cups broccoli florets 1/4 cup bell pepper minced 1/2 cup cheddar cheese or melting cheese of choice 4 ounces cream cheese softened ¼ cup grated Parmesan 2 cloves garlic minced salt and pepper - To steam broccoli: Chop the broccoli florets into small pieces. Put all the broccoli in a microwave-safe bowl and about 2 tablespoons water. add water. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes. Alternatively, steam on stove-top or blanch in boiling water for 1 minutes. Use a sharp knife to slice each chicken breasts horizontally to form a pocket. Be sure not stop cutting about 1/2 inch from the ends and sides. Season chicken breasts with a generous sprinkle of Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. In a large bowl, combine the steam and chopped broccoli, bell pepper, garlic, cheeses and salt & Pepper; set aside. Spoon the mixture into each chicken breast evenly. Secure with toothpicks if needed. Preheat oven to 400F. Heat 1 tablespoons oil in a large cast iron or oven-safe pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden. Do you like kimchi? 🥬 i got through kimchi so fast so yesterday I made what I could say is a month’s worth of kimchi (4 bottles in total ooh 👀). So it’s gonna be a lot of kimchi dishes here at gone in the coming days, and weeks 🤘🏼 in the mean time, here’s a bowl of Kimchi Noodle Soup with Dumplings! 🥟🥢 perfect for those cold days (but also for summer days, because why not? 🤪) This was easy to put together so seriously so satisfying. Serves 2 INGREDIENTS 1 avocado 1 egg yolk ½ cup heavy cream 1 clove garlic ½ lemon, juiced ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated 3 pieces bacon ½ pound spaghetti 1 tablespoon olive oil PREPARATION 1. Blend avocado, egg yolk, garlic, and lemon juice in a powerful blender or food processor. Pulse to blend and add heavy cream gradually. Blend the sauce until smooth and set aside. 2. Cut up strips of bacon and cook in a large pan. Set aside. 3. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and coat with olive oil. Add sauce, bacon, parmesan, and salt and pepper, stirring until well-combined. Enjoy! Creamy Avocado Pasta Salad🤩 ... The secret ingredient in this Creamy Avocado Pasta Salad recipe will shock you! This avocado pasta salad is easy, creamy, vibrant, fresh and so satisfying! By @natashaskitchen ... 4 cups lightly packed (about 3 oz) fresh baby spinach 4 Tbsp lemon juice (from 1 large lemon) 1 garlic clove, sliced 3 medium avocados (2 for the dressing, 1 for salad) 12 oz rotini pasta 1 cup (half of a 10 oz bag) frozen sweet peas 1 cup (half of a 10 oz bag) frozen corn 2 cups (1 pint) Baby tomatoes, halved 1 tsp sea salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper, or to taste How To Make Creamy Avocado Pasta Salad: Cook pasta according to package instructions – I cooked 12 oz pasta in 4 Qts water with 1 Tbsp salt and boiled 10 minutes. About 4 minutes before your pasta is done cooking, add frozen peas and frozen corn and cook 4 minutes or until veggies are crisp tender. Rinse under running cold water to chill the pasta. Drain well and transfer to a large mixing bowl. In a food processor or blender, combine half of the spinach, 2 quartered avocados, 4 Tbsp lemon juice, 1 sliced garlic clove, 1 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Pulse until blended then add remaining spinach and blend until creamy and smooth. Add avocado dressing to pasta bowl along with sliced tomatoes and 1 remaining sliced avocado.
