TW: mental illness
HC that Apollo’s music helps all the gods when they’re having a tough time mentally:
Hermes has a really hard time thinking straight, he’s constantly thinking of at least five things at a time, and when he needs a break from his thoughts he listens to Apollo’s music.
Whenever a war includes innocent people and children ares get panic attacks. He breathes to the rhythm of the songs and they help him ground himself.
Dionysus gets episode of going crazy and whenever the episode is over he falls into despair, because he hates what he does when he’s crazy, so Apollo’s music helps lift his spirits.
Hera gets mental breakdowns about what she’s done to the children of Zeus. When that happens all of them that are gods go to soothe her and Apollo plays her music.
Aphrodite suddenly starts grieving for her dead children and those she loved that have died and Apollo’s music helps her remember that she didn’t lose everyone.
Hestia, Demeter, Poseidon, and Hera have PTSD from being swallowed by their father (Hades has to live in the underworld so his PTSD probably isn’t as bad) and they like listening to Apollo’s music to remind themselves that they’re not in their father’s stomach.
Hades has trouble sleeping and can only sleep when Apollo’s music is playing.
Zeus sometimes forgets that the titan war is over when he doesn’t see his siblings for too long, and if they’re doing something important and can’t come to remind them that they’re safe, he listens to Apollo’s music
Athena sometimes gets flashbacks of warriors dying and tydeus eating the brain that she has to listen to Apollo’s music or she’ll go crazy.
Artemis has to listen to Apollo’s music whenever she thinks of Callisto or Orion so she doesn’t cry her eyes out.
Hephaestus has to listen to Apollo’s music to remind himself that he’s not worthless.
Thanatos needs to listen to Apollo’s music whenever he thinks he’s been away from Hypnos for too long to remind himself that Hypnos doesn’t hate him.
Hypnos needs to listen to Apollo’s music when Thanatos is away for too long to remind himself that his brother’s gonna be okay.
And Apollo knows that people rely on his music, he makes a playlist for each of them and smiles when he sees that his friends and family are doing better thanks to him.

Eros the Elder
Also known as Sans, the older brother of Athos (Papyrus) and the mate to the [Primal] Titan Chaos. He’s a cheerful, benevolent skeletal fae with a taste for mischief and matchmaking, whether the matches ask for his help or not. Eros loves his brother, his sister-in-law, his many, many nieces and nephews, and any descendant of Chaos. Family is, to him, very important.
I adore his concept, from his iridescent dragonfly wings to his blueberry-blue magic (and chubby ecto-flesh). To be honest, he started originally as a simple “fae/Underswap” AU version of Blueberry before the Greek mythology was introduced. Something that definitely stayed is the fact he is far, far smaller than said Blueberry at a whopping 1′. Yes, he’s tiny, just like a bitty in his base state. Outside the base state, he can grow himself to 4′6″.
Honestly, I want to say more, but, for now, I’ll keep mum on spoilers.

To start with, the HelleniSwap story is currently in the process of being written— many thanks to Venom for listening to my rambles— now that the outline has been strung together. Second, the HelleniSwap AU now has a Discord server! While, yes, I am aware there’s only 8 lovely peeps here as of this moment, but it’s still one goal out of the way, friends!
You can find the server, HelleniSwap, if you click right here. We look forward to seeing you there!

HelleniSwap, a Summary
Welcome and greetings! So, you’ve found this AU I’ve created with the help of VenomousKilljoy (@dumbshit42069). To start with, this is a Swap AU— of sorts— and if you’re as into mythology as we are, then you can guess exactly what type of Swap this AU is.
Greek Mythology.
Well, not just Greek Mythology, but the Fair Folk (also known as the fae), some fantasy fandoms turned into faerie realms, mythological beings, and, one day, mentions of their alternates (Swapfell, but Roman Mythology).
That’s not saying there aren’t Monsters, because they’re still there and among the many beings that live in their world. They, like humans and the Fair Folk, get to experience the joys of mixing with Titans, Gods, Demi-Gods, and Mages.
The story finds the Monsters of the Underground trapped within the Underworld, originally finding themselves located within the Asphodel Meadows, where their kingdom had taken the name. Spanning along several rivers of the Underworld, the Kingdom of Asphodel found the barrier at the Gate of Dusk and, thanks to several Chthonic gods (and a goddess), discovered the requirements for their freedom:
Seven strong, willing souls.
With that requirement, the Monsters are stuck, unable to use the souls that linger in Asphodel alongside them... unless strong, willing souls are snuck out of Elysium or the Isle of the Blessed by the Gods and Goddess assisting them under Hades’ nose. But that would take time, and for the Monsters? They had all the time in the world, in their living kingdom in the Land of the Dead.

Athos: stealing is wrong, you should never steal.
Also, Athos: theft is an appropriate way to get shiny things, so long as the receiver doesn't find out they're stolen. if the receiver cares about that.
