Love them two 🖤
I'm glad at least some of the men from the older BBC adaptations made the cut, but I'm sad not to see Captain Harville and Captain Benwick from 1971 Persuasion! I'll admit that Captain Wentworth from that adaptation is not that hot (even if it is my favorite version), but Paul Chapman is definitely the hottest of the Benwicks, and Michael Culver as Harville is just hot full stop!
Pics as evidence:
The pre-90s adaptations are getting a lot of love (but can they win a match-up). This Captain Harville has peaked my interest!

oh wow! hey if you take pills check this out. new medicine taking meta just dropped.
according to these models, out of the 4 tested postures, the best position to digest pills is laying on your right side. standing upright has a similar time to laying in your back at twice as much as laying on the right side, and laying on the left side is the slowest by far.
laying on right side: pill dissolves in around 10 minutes.
standing: pill dissolves in 23 minutes. laying on the back has a similar time.
laying on left side: pill dissolves in up to 100 minutes.
https://doi.org/10.1063/5.0096877
definitely worth a lot more research.
if you want your medicine to kick in fast, try laying on your right side! if you want your medicine to kick in slower, try laying on your left side.

...so this morning i'm at the public pool, done with my laps, putting on makeup for work and there's a woman and a man -- both easily in their 70s -- who obviously don't know each other coming down the stairs, and she has a little trouble with her balance so he goes, "Can I help?" and holds out his hand and she takes it, navigates the steps while holding on to him and talking about the importance of exercise and he deadass breaks out the "Come here often?" to which she says, "Yes, but some mornings it would be nicer to stay in bed" while batting her lashes at him, and it was such God Tier Flirting that it reaffirmed my entire faith in humanity.
YOU ARE NEVER TOO OLD FOR A MEET CUTE.

Sansa Stark | Queen in the North
Not canon, obviously, but I thought it would be an interesting concept. I just needed to sketch something besides the crap I’m trudging through at the moment. Composition is really bothering me – I really want to add the words Queen in the North about 2/3s down the image, but I can’t seem to find a font that fits.

I love the Stark sisters and as soon as I saw the Barbie jail meme I wanted to try something like that.
They are in a women''s march separately and something goes wrong, Sansa watches as Arya is arrested and goes to help her. She gets arrested too. Arya is proud of themselves, Sansa is wtf this is not funny. And they both call aunt Lyanna or uncle Brandon to get them out.

One of my favorite things about Pride and Prejudice is the Bennet family’s complete cluelessness about Darcy and Elizabeth. Like, if this were a tv show about the Bennets, Darcy and Elizabeth are like, the D storyline. The whole family is trying to get Jane and Bingley together, the regiment is stationed in Meryton, Mr. Collins is taking the house, Lydia and Wickham are obviously the climax, these people have a lot going on. And then, once the regiment has left and Jane and Lydia and Mr. Collins are married and everything seems resolved: plot twist! They’ve got random nobility at the door in the middle of the night telling the know-it-all sister who has been home on and off through the year not to marry the rando rich guy they all hate simply because they’re family and loyal to each other damnit and he called the know-it-all sister ugly once.
And then, of course, they all find out Lizzy and Darcy are actually very in love and literally all of the good things that have happened to them this year are a direct consequence of Darcy loving Lizzy lolol.

Is there anything better than the ruined knight aesthetic? To me its the coolest form of visual storytelling, chipped armor, tattered cloth or cape, broken weapon stained with the blood of countless foes, arrows or weapons left sticking in the armor, just the best
