Breakfast: egg sandwich... I ate it before the picture so enjoy the remnants. Lunch mostly a banana with a s'mores cupcake. I LOVE sweets so I broke up the banana and cupcake so eat together ☺

remember to cry for help without guilt-tripping. i know it feels like you’ve been abandoned and betrayed, but it’s probably not true, and it’s not okay to accuse the people around you of something they might not have done.
“i guess none of you like me” could be better phrased as “i feel unloved right now”
“but nobody cares anyway” could be better phrased as “i feel insignificant and i need reassurance”
rather than assuming others’ feelings, give them time to explain them. you’ll usually get a much better answer.

Breakfast was pretty big today! Healthy but huge! Had about half the pizza and had half the sandwich. (Its a fig sauce pizza with lamb). I may have a snack later, my class has snacks today.

2/25 I ate a ton man. Pictured was my breakfast but I only ate the sweet potato (I love butter noodles but they tasted some kind of funky!) Than I had two craw fish and a piece of sweet bread for lunch. Than a piece of pizza for dinner! 🙃 I havent been sleeping much due to exams so I think my meal load is to account for the deprivation

Not going to lie, I could barely touch the food.... BUT I also had chocolate on the banana and some skim milk... Not pictured is the 3 krimpits I ate after this.... I'm trying to cut out heavily processed foods altogether (hense the no cereal) but it's been tricky.

Meal today! Two servings of spaghetti (only one pictured) , 1 red velvet cake in a cup, and a mango slice! not the healthiest I'm aware, but filling and delicious!

Food Rules for the week:
Post every meal. If it enters the body it enters the post (besides water)
Full bottle of water before meal
No ice cream or muffins! (That's a hard one for me 😄)
NO STRAWBERRIES!!! (They are my FAVORITE... but I'm super allergic so NO)
1 dessert per day
1 cheese related item/meal per day
Only eat between the hours of 12-6
Only 1 diet soda a day.
No negativity, recognize the failures and do better. Dont take it out on your body, just make it work.
