cheap vegan b/p pasta (just to remind myself of this accidental recipe)
fry 300g of pre cooked pasta (with garlic and onion) in heaps of oil
add half a can of canned coconut milk and stir until combined
add half a can of chickpeas
season with salt, fresh ground pepper, garlic powder, paprika powder and curry to taste
plate and add mayo
enjoy!

currently on vacation with my family and I'm so afraid that I come back irretrievably fat. i just can't restrict with them, a) because my sister would absolutely notice and b) because they just snack all the time and it's so tempting fuck. purging is also very hard and I have to be rly careful. how am I going to survive two whole weeks??

not sure if anyone can relate but right now I'm super stressed out bc I'm having my final oral exam tomorrow. the thing is, that for the last few days I've done nothing but studying and snacking bc I'm super hungry and can't distract myself. also I feel like I can't restrict bc i need my full mental capacity ahh! but tomorrow I'll start restricting and going to the gym again, rly looking forward to it!!

tips.
some of these are mine, some i found on different websites, some are from my friends.
1. if you know you have no self control make sure everything you can binge on is hidden.
2. don’t weigh yourself after a meal, that’s not your actual weight. you’ll only feel bad about yourself and probably eat even more.
3. always have your safe food hidden somewhere. when you feel like binging eat that instead.
4. don’t use thinspo as your lockscreen.
5. also do not weigh yourself after drinking water or anything else.
6. best app for fasting - zero
7. don’t skip breakfast so you don’t eat as much after.
8. take your vitamins.
9. do not check labels in front of others/ comment on what people are eating/ how much calories are they eating etc.
even if thats not your intention, the people around you might develop an eating disorder too.
10. tea is your best friend.
try replacing coke, monster and other drinks with tea, it’s way better for you.
11. its better to eat when you’re out. i know it is hard. order something low cal and restrict before, so your friends/so/family dont get suspicious.
12. if you hate exercising, just walk everywhere instead of taking a taxi or the bus. 
13. best app for step counting - steps app
 use it, you burn a lot of calories by walking too.
14. if you binge when you’re feeling sad or stressed, find something low cal, but still tasty. let’s face it, a lot of stuff that’s low cal tastes like shit. find something tasty to eat or try finding a healthier alternative for your high calorie meals, so you won’t feel that bad after binging.
for example i used to hate salads but now i found a recipe that turned them into my binge food.
15. avoid using laxatives, they can put you in embarassing situations.
16. gum always helps.
try not to chew gum on an empty stomach.
or drink coffee.
17. it’s ok to eat a little more on your period.
18. always keep a bottle of water next to you.
19. sometimes watching mukbangs or food in general only makes the hunger worse.
20. be careful where you leave your food diary.
