it's good that we finally got some kind of ceasefire resolution passed, but what was passed is not NEARLY enough.
the language implies equal power between parties, the ceasefire is not permanent, US still is no longer funding UNRWA, etc etc etc. PYM's recent post sums it up well.
do not lose momentum just because you saw an article titled "UN CEASEFIRE RESOLUTION". keep talking, keep fundraising, keep boycotting, keep protesting. its not over until palestine is free
12 Palestinians have drowned in the sea in north Gaza while trying to get to airdropped aid.
Do you understand how desperate someone has to be for them to run into the water to get a damaged box of god knows what?
What could have been going through their minds when they jumped into the water? Their children's faces when they come home with a few cans of food? The promise of the family eating together?
I honestly can't even fathom what other levels of cruelty Palestinians are supposed to endure before anything tangible is done about this genocide, of which this engineered mass starvation is only one part.
Hussam managed to secure and buy 100 frozen 1.3kg chicken to the camps on his land and will work on another chicken run for the next camp! This is great news because people are lacking a lot of nutrients and protein so these will help them get a bit of their energy back!
Also, food cans are always available to everyone who needs them. People come to request food cans of meat and other things. But Hussam's team managed to distribute 1000 cans 2 days ago.
And! Diapers when available are also purchased and distributed on the spot to those who needs them.
Thank you so much for everyone who donates and spreads the word. You have no idea how much you're helping Palestinians right now!!

if you hate some type of animal because it “serves no purpose” or “doesn’t have the same emotional/mental capacity as humans/dogs/cats” i need you to set yourself on fire for me ok
it constantly melts my brain that there is a disturbingly large segment of usamericans who consider themselves “progressive” and yet whatever part of their brain that’s capable of critical thinking turns off as soon as someone blames any issue on russia or china or north korea. they’ll hear “movies don’t have gay people in them because of China” and think yeah that makes sense, they’re so regressive and authoritarian. it’s a good thing we don’t have any authoritarians who hate gay people in this country

MORE PALESTINIAN CHILDREN ARE SLAUGHTERED IN CONTINUOUS ISRAELI AIRSTRIKES ON CIVILIAN HOMES
In yet another airstrike, Zionist warplanes bombed a residential home in the Al-Geneina neighborhood, east of Rafah, resulting in the death of a child named Eileen al-Athamna.
Meanwhile, in another atrocity, the Zionist airforces bombed a residential building housing displaced families, north of Rafah, killing 19 civilians, including 9 children.
Occupation forces also bombed civilians recovering bodies from under the debris of another destroyed home in the Nuseirat Refugee Camp, in the central Gaza Strip, killing two and wounding a number of others.
Zionist fighter jets also bombarded the city of Hope, west of the Nuseirat Camp, while
Occupation forces also continue with the constant bombing of the Al-Rimal neighborhood of Gaza City, most of it focused on the area around Al-Shifa Medical Complex, but bombing raids also targeted the city of Beit Hanoun and the Jabalia Refugee Camp.
Elsewhere, the bodies of 12 Palestinians were brought to the European Gaza Hospital in Khan Yunis after being recovered from under the rubble of homes in the Al-Mawasi area after intense bombing earlier today.
The current death toll in "Israel's" ongoing war of genocide in the Gaza Strip now exceeds 32'414 Palestinians martyred, over 25'000 of which being women and children according to the United States Pentagon, while another 74'787 others have been wounded since the start of the current round of Zionist aggression beginning on October 7th, 2023.
After Matthew Miller, the State Department Spokesman, says that the UN Security Council Resolution that passed yesterday was somehow non-binding, journalist Matt Lee asks him: “Then what the hell is the point of the UN?!”

keep in mind that we are currently not accepting more volunteers!! however we will soon in the future so make sure to stick around!
last but not least, if you are not in a position to donate i urge you to spread this around. esims are very valuable for palestinians to keep in contact with their families and friends and unfortunately, esims are always running out.
keep talking about palestine and do your part in calling for an immediate ceasefire. no one is free until palestine is free!
Whenever I see a post talking about how it's okay to steal from huge corporations, when they have shit like self checkout, I always want to jump up and say they have cameras and are collecting your information and you need to be so careful because yeah like they're inflating the prices and running monopolies and price fixing with competitors but everybody is caring about shoplifters more and that's really fucked up, but you also need to consider that Target might be keeping track of every time you don't scan something or intentionally scan it wrong, and just waiting for it to add up to a felony.
Which feels entirely beside the point and almost inappropriate to bring up when the point is that the customer is already a victim of theft, but I feel like there are people encouraging others to do stuff that can absolutely end up with them in jail without mentioning at all that it's a risk.
