B/p all day I estimate around 2800+ calories but but as scary as that sounds I did go to the gym, walked and since I know long period of fastings maybe for now aren't the best for me so even though I wanna fast till Friday I will just follow the diet plan and im going to the gym too now mostly weights and cardio :) I burn 300 calories+ at the gym so thats really fucking cool 😎 I want a ana coach so bad but there all creepy old men :( ugh I hate binging my top of my stomach gets bloated but the bottom stays flat I look like a alien 👽 I probably have ibs

Loose skin but I already have that and if I do lose alot of weight but still haven't gotten to my ugw and im forced into recovery then I will be pissed

Sorry if the lighting weird i have sensitive eyes I always feel like the first day/part of a fast is easy the 2nd day usually not hard I have a headache usually and the longest fast I have ever down was 3 days and the 3rd day I was so fucking tired but im fine rn all I need is coffee, water, monster and Gatorade zero so I don't knock over and die 😇I been getting away with not eating but im scared lowkey my parent might catch on but im usually good at lying 🤷‍♂️ my mom keeps asking if im okay sus 😟 im make brownies on Monday or something and pretend to have some

Does anyone else get scared of working out? I don't wanna be bulky i am going to try and do yoga and hikes/long walks more and be more productive 😌 im just thinking about hitting my goal weight 2 by the end of this summer 90lbs and starting school skinnier and better looking with my new hair

I binged :( I purged all of it and some of dinner and I accidentally puking stomach acid cause it burned a little tasted funny...I know my sister knows now I wasn't being very sneaky with my coughing....I will try not to eat for the rest of the day and continue my diet im going to try see how much I binged im guess 3000 tbh 😟
I'm going to b/p or just binge tmr I just know it :( im scared i keep chugging water and telling myself to sleep instead of waiting for the clock to hit 12 please please future me don't do this to me :( we been fighting the same pounds for a fucking month now why ruin it now? When I was kid I was raised to hate my light browned skin, my mom wouldn't let me outside (partially reason why I was obese) and she would straighten my hair... so I just wished I was naturally pale like snow white pale. Ever since my ed got worse I gotten lighter and those people are paler then me and I envy to look sicker and pale. I also wanna see my bones more and how the poke out more. My legs are huge and I just wish my knees weren't so big and my calves. I also love small wrist there so elegant and dianty. I want my elbows to be more noticeable too...
