Sam felt her heart race as Tory readied to strike her with the razor sharp spikes on that damned bracelet. But, instead, Tory took a deep breath and let go of her. Sam stared at her in shock.

“…You’re not worth it.”

Tory turned to walk away, as the Miyagi-Do prodigy’s anger pulsated…

“TORY — LOOK OUT!”

Miguel’s warning came too late as Sam kicked Nichols off the third floor railing.

ONE YEAR LATER

Sam smiled as she put on her black and yellow gi. People might have once called her a “Princess” but that was just wishful thinking.

some of you seem to forget that robby needed to have that conversation with johnny, because johnny is the one who failed as a father, johnny is the target/reason of robby's anger and rancor, having that conversation with daniel would do no good because larusso may have acted as a father figure but he is not the person robby was angry with, the anger that consumed robby was more about his relationship (or lack of) with johnny

johnny doesn't deserve that conversation with robby, but robby deserves the peace that will come from working things out with his dad, the peace that will come from letting his anger go, because that rage was destroying robby

The narrative that was will always bug me and continued to carry it into cobra kai is how Daniel stole ali when

1. Johnny and Ali broke up weeks before daniel came in the picture.

2. Daniel wasn't aware that ali had a hothead ex

Like where was the idea that daniel stole ali coming from when it was johnny who couldn't accept the fact that ali moved on and he wasn't. He didn't move on and even told his perspective of how he perceived Daniel being the asshole to miguel until he got checked for it. If johnny and daniel will work on becoming a team in the future, I hope this is one of the things they can discuss in order to move on.

I don’t know why I’m not the hugest fan of sam. But I do truly think she cared about robby to an extent. But she did make a choice at the end of the day, and I get why he can’t forgive her. Because that shit hurts.

But she cheated. And that’s not something you can forgive. Know matter what Robby cared for her more and I think she broke his heart. He believed in her when he was told not to. And then he sees her with Miguel and instantly feels betrayed. That’s the definition of pain.

I’m sure everyone will forgive him and everything. I really loved the bond he had with Daniel and how he believed in him when no one else has or did. At some point it would be kinda interesting to see Miguel and Robby sit down and have a conversation. We know this will happen at some point.

Ooh Sam finding Johnnys fighting style liberating. I always got the feeling this would be the case because Sam has a temper and I always felt like Daniels karate wasn’t helping her to deal with her emotions, it always seemed with her like it was just papering over the cracks. I think a mix of both will be good for her but it will be interesting to see the effect the CK style has on her

i’m sick and tired how some r*nas say that ricky doesn’t actually make gina sad and they’re just both confused but the whole purpose of the flashback is to show that’s not that case at all?? gina made it VERY clear that she liked ricky and wouldn’t give up on them if she wasn’t moving. but then low and behold gina doesn’t move? ricky KNOWS she would still want him if she stuck around and she DID yet he still never showed any feelings for you or any respect, he still chose nini and that was that. idk how some people can sit there and say ricky is confused when gina makes her stance on their “relationship” extremely clear and that was the whole entire purpose of the flashback: to show that gina told ricky she’d want him if she didn’t leave and that ricky chose rini anyways. this isn’t any hate on ricky either, it’s just that it shows at the end of the day ricky wants nini and that’s his choice. it also shows how gina moves on and finds someone without even looking. she finds someone who sticks around and actually asks her how she’s feeling, not someone that she has to pry info out of just so she can tell him she relates.
