Listen idk if it's rejection sensitive dysphoria or the fact that I live in America or like. Something else but every single time I even consider seeking medical help I have to verify the necessity of it with three different people because I can be in literal tears and still think "oh I'm just being over dramatic and faking it, and a doctor will surely think so too, this is a waste of everyones time." And then half the time I still don't seek medical attention.
