Also. It’s been debunked about the 40 decapitated babies. Yet you don’t seem to care about the thousands of babies in Palestine’s that have been blown up. That their dead bodies are held up during press conferences to the world and ppl like you can offer an OUNCE of empathy. Videos of children’s heads exploded. Bring put into freezer trucks bc where else is there to put them.
i've never seen it debunked, so you can send me your source. but even if it was debunked - then okay. they weren't decapitated, they were just shot. or burned alive. or kidnapped. or killed by a rocket. i don't see how that makes it any better.
and i never said i don't care about the Palestinians, and i'm sorry if it seemed to you, dear anonymous stranger on the internet that is clearly familiar with my feelings, that i don't. all human lives are human lives, and thus they have great meaning to me, and I offer the Palestinians way more than an ounce of empathy - they are living their lives under a terrorist regime, and are also experiencing great loss in this war, I feel absolutely terrible for them.
but there is a difference between Hamas purposefully infiltrating civilian homes, that the IDF has never and will never operate from, to kill our babies, to r*pe our daughters, to hurt as many Jews as possible and brag to their friends about it, and the IDFs calculated attacks after warning the civilians beforehand and doing everything possible to hurt only Hamas. Hamas purposefully embeds its activity in places like hospitals, playgrounds, and other civilian places, so they can have their civilians act as human shields, and then when inevitably the civilians they put in harms way are harmed, they can show the rest of the world the "undeniable cruelty" of Israel.
war is never good, but we are doing the best we can to minimize the civilian casualties as we fight against Hamas. but when they forcefully use their people as human shields, it's impossible to reduce that to zero. my heart goes out to all the civilians affected by this war, especially the Palestinians - because the IDF cares about keeping them safe more than their own rulers.
every single death in this war is heartbreaking, but what's also heartbreaking to me is seeing the millions of people who would refuse to extend to our babies the same empathy I have for theirs, who refuse to see me and people like me as human beings.

“Free Palestine from Hamas” but not from the literal oppressive occupation of Israel THATS what you’re saying ?
Millions of Israelis on video saying they hope ppl are killed, raped, etc. laughing at victims. Constant bombing to “find Hamas” and they’re magically never there. Hospitals, homes, entire BLOODLINES. Telling them to “flee” from THEIR homes and bombing them in the way. Running over dead bodies a a a joke, using Palestinian skin for Israeli surgeries. a family from Brooklyn thst has never stepped foot in Israel can go to Israel and push Palestinians out and act like they deserve to live there and belong there. Saying they can’t wait for Palestine to be flattened.
That’s sick. And not addressing their violent occupation and power is also sick.
since you're bothered by issues that aren't being addressed, I'm gonna go slow and make sure I address everything you just said.
firstly, "the oppressive occupation of Israel", as you put it. I think there are kind of two issues to be discussed here - the state of Israel, which some people are calling to destroy because we're "settlers", and the grounds existing today that belong to Palestinians already and have varying degrees of Israeli presence.
now I don't know how much you hate Israelis and want us all to die, but I'll start with the latter, specifically the Gaza Strip because I assume that's what you're talking about. apart from a few (I believe 3) instances of Israel fighting with the Hamas, no Israeli, including the IDF, has been in the Gaza strip until the events that followed October 7th. in 2005, the Israeli government made a decision to disengage from Gaza, forcing Jewish Israeli families out of their homes so the Palestinians can have Gaza to themselves, in hopes this would promote peace in giving them autonomy.
It didn't. the acts of terror against us continued, especially when Hamas started to rule the Gaza strip. because Hamas is a terrorist organization.
as for the rest of Israel, there are more lands and cities that are Palestinian, and they operate with minimal Israeli involvement to try and keep everyone safe.
and if you think the existence of Israel is oppressive occupation, I urge you to look at our history. on November 29th, 1947, the UN made a decision and wanted to implement a two-state solution. the Palestinians didn't agree to this and started violently attacking the Jews, trying to banish them from their homes here. thus started a nearly two-year war that, eventually, we won and Israel was born. naturally, a lot of Palestinians didn't want to live here, so they left, during the war and after it. we aren't seeking to oppress anyone or banish them, we're fighting for our home.
now to your next point about "Millions of Israelis on video saying they hope ppl are killed, raped, etc. laughing at victims", and what you add later on: "Saying they can’t wait for Palestine to be flattened."
I don't think there are millions of us saying this, but that's just nitpicking and I know that. I also know that this attitude is indeed terrible, and I would like to offer not a defense of it, but an explanation.
these are people who have lost the people nearest and dearest to them, and they want to urge to avenge them in this way. not just people who've lost loved ones now, but also in the many acts of terror and violence Hamas carried out over the years. it is a cry of pain and frustration that's been building for years, and still a horrifying one indeed.
you might notice that also sounds similar to what Palestinians are depicting they feel right now. that after years of loss, they want payback.
just like i don't think this argument justifies the killings of October 7th, i don't think it would justify it if it was the opposite way around, and so do many other Israelis. most of us want peace, we want the deaths and the violence to stop, and we know calling out for more unnecessary violence against civilians is not the answer. but for some, these horrible "jokes" are a way of mourning.
"Constant bombing to “find Hamas” and they’re magically never there. Hospitals, homes, entire BLOODLINES. Telling them to “flee” from THEIR homes and bombing them in the way."
i have a few things to say about this point. first of all, they're not "magically" never there, they're never there because the IDF usually warns before it bombs, to try to prevent the murder of innocents.
and why would innocents be where Hamas is? why would the IDF need to bomb places where there are innocent civilians, hospitals and homes as you've said? great questions! ask Hamas why they're building rocket launchers in hospitals, and assembling their ammunition next to classrooms. why they enter whatever home they want and stash their ammunition there. (it's because they don't care about their civilians, and are using them as human shields, so they can do exactly that - call Israel evil and immoral when they attack homes and hospitals, failing to mention this is where Hamas operates from.)
and telling them to flee is our way to avoid as many needless deaths as we can when we're trying to destroy Hamas (the terrorist organization operating against us for years, where we reach ceasefires again and again and they are repeatedly broken, mostly by Hamas, most recently on October 7th with truly terrible acts of terror and violence).
about the bombing of them when they flee, I actually heard that Hamas is behind that one, so they can tell people it was Israel AND so they'll have human shields left in the parts they're fighting from. but even if the bombings were Israeli, there's NO WAY they were purposefully fired at fleeing civilians. there would be no point in telling them all to run and THEN bomb them. if we didn't care about their lives, wouldn't we just not tell them to run?
"Running over dead bodies a a a joke, using Palestinian skin for Israeli surgeries." - i genuinely haven't heard about what you're referring to, so i can't really respond to that. if you want to send me a source, you're welcome to.
"a family from Brooklyn thst has never stepped foot in Israel can go to Israel and push Palestinians out and act like they deserve to live there and belong there." - I assume you're referring to the Law of Return, that gives Jews the right to relocate to Israel and gain citizenship. so just to be clear, it's not "any family from Brooklyn that never stepped foot in Israel", it's Jewish families specifically.
I don't really understand what makes you think that includes pushing Palestinians out? I assure you, no Jewish person is going around Palestinian neighborhoods "house hunting" and just kicking out whoever's house they like best, because that's frankly ridiculous. so I don't really get what you meant by that.
and when you say "act like" they deserve to live here and belong here, I don't get what you mean by that either. because they do.
Jews come from Judea. this is our homeland. we've historically lived here centuries ago. even Jesus, you know that guy? lived here too? yeah, he was Jewish.
the Jews were banished from Israel a few times, so there were Jews all over the world - in places like Poland and Germany and places like Morocco and Iraq. and there were still Jews in Israel as well.
After the events of the Holocaust, in which the Jewish people were hunted down by Nazis and systematically murdered in camps just for being Jewish, they realized they can't keep living all over the world. because it wasn't just the Nazis, it was everyone hunting them down. their community, their neighbors, were in many cases the ones who turned them over, helping the Nazis send entire bloodlines to die in gas chambers.
so we needed a safe place to go. the Jewish people had to come back to our homeland. and we deserve this one country to be ours. that doesn't mean kicking out Palestinians. that just means we want one place in the world where Jews can live safely. so it does mean dismantling terrorist organizations who seek to slaughter us.
"That’s sick. And not addressing their violent occupation and power is also sick." - war is never a good thing. no war is a hundred percent good. but i hope i managed to explain to you why this war against Hamas is happening, and why this isn't the violent occupation power struggle you've been told it is. I hope this whole thing ends soon, with as little loss as possible, and we can find a way to coexist in peace, and i'm not the only one in Israel who thinks this way.

I really hope you’re asking bc you genuinely want to educate yourself so I will refer you to an article by The Intercept, “Blowback: How Israel went from helping create Hamas to bombing it”. Obviously it’s a v long and complex history but this article outlines key aspects. #FreePalestine
I read the article, and what this article depicts isn't Israel creating Hamas, but moving funds to an organization that had already been active at the time, even if not fully fledged. and to that I have two things to say:
firstly, the reason for this apparent support was to counteract the control of the PLO and the Fatah party over the Palestinian population. this was said in the article, so i think you'd agree with me. what the article fails to depict is the instances of violence and acts of terror inflicted on Israelis by these organizations, perhaps more famously the El Al Flight 426 hijacking in 1968 and the February 21st 1969 bombing at an Israeli supermarket.
the Israeli government was having a hard time protecting our citizens and diplomatically discussing things with the PLO and Fatah, so they resorted to providing funds to a different sector of Palestinians, ones that they thought might be easier to talk to, or maybe that the two sectors will balance each other out. but they were wrong, as they also admit in the article, and what was made of these funds was Hamas, a terrorist organization that committed even more acts of violence than the ones before it.
secondly, more than that, the Israeli government is to this day supplying Hamas with funds. As the governing body in the Gaza strip, (because Israel disengaged from Gaza in 2005 so Hamas has had autonomy there for almost 20 years) the Israeli government has supplied Hamas with funds and continued to do so.
the problem is that when a terrorist organization is in power, it doesn't put its citizens first. these funds aren't going towards medical supplies, food, or water, but instead to build rockets and rocket launchers and buy more weapons to inflict more violence on whoever they see fit.
so to sum up my point, the article you've provided demonstrated an Israeli funding to Hamas, but it doesn't mean Israel created Hamas, it was formed on very anti-Israeli ideals and these funds were allocated from a place of misguided hope. moreover, Israel continues to gives them a certain amount of funds to this day in hopes they can help their people, but they simply don't care.

Israel deserved what they got and what’s coming for them Hamas are not the terrorist YOUR PEOPLE ARE
Die and i am so happy to what happened to them😉
FREE PALESTINE
I know there's a decent chance you're not even going to read this response. but I am still writing it, because I also cannot stay silent when I see something that to me is unjust. I truly believe there are many good people who are siding with Hamas because they truly believe it's the right thing to do to bring justice, especially to the Palestinian people.
but Hamas IS a terrorist organization. and they don't really care about the Palestinian people, as they show when they continue to put them in harm's way time and time again.
supporting terror and reveling in innocent people dying cannot be the answer to this. i refuse to believe this is the best way to achieve the justice you so crave. cruelty and blind faith in terrorism are NOT ways to achieve peace and justice, they will only make this cycle of violence (one spanning throughout a history that is more complex than a lot of people care to admit) grow stronger and more destructive.
I am not happy about anyone's death, and I don't think anyone "deserves" to die. even if such a person existed, i don't think any random internet user could have the right to decide that, and that includes myself but that includes other people too.
Israeli people are not terrorists. innocent children and elderly have been killed and kidnapped, burned alive in their own homes, families torn apart. NOBODY deserves that. the Palestinian people don't deserve that either.
which is why we are praying and hoping to free Palestine from Hamas.

I know you haven't heard from me in a while, but I pray you'll listen to this. Every day my heart is breaking more and more, and I just had to speak out about this.
tw - mentions of r*pe, violence and m*rder.
Have you ever thought about what would be the best way to put on your shoes? In case you have to run, I mean. Like, how would you be the most prepared to run to shelter when an alarm sounds?
Socks first, on both feet. Now quickly, shoes – no don't tie them yet! Put them on both feet first. Good, now you can tie them. Now you're ready to run.
Have you ever thought about what it would be like to lose a loved one? I'm sure you have. And I'm sure you dismissed it and calmed yourself down because it wouldn't happen any time soon. So did I.
Until a person my age loses their father. Until people from my hometown are dying. Until my friends are losing friends of theirs. Until my people are being slaughtered mercilessly for the past 5 days.
You don't need to watch the videos of every horror that's happened in Israel this week. Every mother afraid for her babies, every child scared for themselves, for their parents, elderly people being taken from their homes, girls being raped next to the bodies of their friends. I understand if you don't want to. I wouldn't.
You don't need to wish ill to Palestinians or Arabs. I sure don't.
But please, just listen to this one report I read on the news yesterday: "40 bodies of children, some decapitated."
Please, hear us. What is happening here isn't a fight for freedom. It isn't justice. It's not even remotely close to humane. These toddlers, BABIES, didn't do anything to "deserve it". Hamas is a terrorist organization. It fights not for liberation or the freedom of Palestinians, but for destruction. For fear. For genocide of Jewish people.
I'm not asking you to donate. I'm not asking you to stop worrying about Palestinians. I'm asking you, one human being to another, to realize Israeli's don't "deserve this". Because "this" is terrorism, and it has no place – not in Israel, and it shouldn't in Gaza either. I'm asking you to explain to your friends that when they're chanting "from the river to the sea" or "free Palestine", they are actively supporting a mass murder of Jewish people committed by a terrorist organization. And these terrorists aren't above murdering anyone who stands in their way, even if they're Arab. Even if they're Palestinian.
It's completely okay if you want to criticize some of Israel's actions. You have a right to have your own opinions and to express them. But know that if Hamas gets its way, there won't be any Jewish people left to discuss this with you.
I hope for better days.

teach ‘em how to say goodbye
🎵 i wanna give you a word of warning…🎵
hello lovely people!! how are you?? i honestly hope each and every one of you is well and thriving, also happy pride month!! even if i haven’t been very active on here recently (or active at all really), I do see your likes and comments, and they mean the world to me, truly.
but if you got the reference in the title, you already know what this is. and if you didn’t get it you also probably get what’s going on lol, it’s fairly obvious:)
so yes, this is me officially saying goodbye. i’m going through a number of big changes in my life right now, and i really haven’t been in a mindset to write or post anything these days. i’m not saying this is goodbye forever, but i do think this is a good opportunity to at least take a little break. i could be back in two months, or two years, or… never? i really don’t know what the future holds. maybe in like five years i’ll post here that i wrote a book :P (more probably, i’ll just keep to casual reblogs every once and again)
what i do know is how much it has meant to me to write and post my little stories on here. it might sound silly to some, but i know what you’ve enabled me to do here is so special - spreading joy and finding hapiness in discovering a new passion of mine. all of your comments, reblogs, and messages have made my days so much happier and more meaningful, and i will be forever grateful for the time i spent here. thank you so much.
i’m not deleting the account or the fics for now, so you can hopefully still read them and find joy and comfort in them. i’m also not tagging anyone because i don’t wanna feel like a bother lol, but hopefully my moots see it, and i just want to thank you all for the friendship and the joy.
and to anyone who’s reading this, to anyone who’s ever read my stories at all - i love you more than you know. i appreciate you so much. thank you for giving me a bit of your time, the smallest of corners in your life; it means so much to me. please, take care of yourself, you’re so special and beautiful.
i know a lot of people have quit lately because of hate or lack of interaction. this isn’t the case for me, seeing as thankfully i didn’t really get any hate, and i’ve been lucky enough to get interactions in a level i’m satisfied with and grateful for. but i do want to use this opportunity to remind everyone to interact with the art you see and like on here - and i mean comments and reblogs, not just likes. remember countless hours have been invested in this art, show your appreciation.
and most importantly, remember we’re all just people behind these screens, so please, be kind - kindness is key.

I used to have real panic attacks about not getting a good night sleep. When I was young, I was a really high-strung kid and we used to call them Sunday Night Meltdowns in my house. You know, when you lie down and just forget how to sleep. You know you’ve done it before; you just don’t know how to get it going. I just used to have true emotional breakdowns on Sunday night, thinking that if you don’t sleep well, you’re not going to pay attention. And if I’m not going to pay attention then I’ll fail and my whole life is gonna go down the drain. (x)
