A while back, Legend was on a solo mission that had led him into an asteroid field and his ship took damage. Luckily, there was a space station nearby that he could land on and try for repairs. The Windfish Station was long abandoned but the power was still running. After landing only sort of crashing into the hanger he was greeted by the stations A.I., Marin. Marin helps Legend locate parts for his ship and she asks him to tell her about his adventures.

The station is old and crumbling, it wont last for much longer. Legend asks Marin if she wants to come with him. She says yes. But she cant leave without making sure the station and the data on it cant be claimed by monsters. So legend suggests blowing it up. Marin is sad but agrees. But she has always wanted to see more than the station so she is excited.

Legend repairs his ship and sets charges around the station.

Marin doesnt survive being extracted from the stations computer.

someone asked this for wolf a while ago but what are mini's opinions on everybody? what is son boy thinking

son boy thoughts:

mage: mini definitely sees him as a father figure. i think it's interesting bc mini has seen both extremes of how wonderful and terrible magic can be. to a certain extent mage reminds him of both Ezlo and Vaati. also i think he appreciates how seriously mage takes him. he comes to mage with some bonkers ideas and mage is just like. alright let's see how we can make this work

war: at first mini was kind of wary of him but as soon as he figured out that he could fuck with him as much as he wanted and war would functionally do nothing abt it he enters full shithead little brother mode. mini doesn't ever do anything malicious he just likes to keep war on his toes. keeps the group dynamic lively lolol

wake: mini sees wake as a big brother but one he's not inclined to be a little goblin to. he's the Cool Older Brother. mini kind of wants to impress him as much as he wants to impress mage. also wake lets him get away with shenanigans

spirit: TINKERING BUDDIES!! mini thinks spirit is really smart and kind, if a bit of a pushover, but he can sort of relate to that. also he likes to build spirit increasingly fucked up little trains it's just kind of become their thing

mask: i think mini sees a lot of the quieter side of mask. they just vibe. he thinks mask is troubled but nicer than he pretends to be. mini is the only one who can see mask as an older brother figure and not a child

loft: i think, out of all of them, loft is the one that mini thinks is kind of scary, somehow. like, he's not scared of loft per se and he doesn't dislike him. actually he likes loft and finds him to be really caring and supportive and fun to do crazy stunts with. but he can also Sense the Rage lol he doesn't ever want to be on his bad side

wolf: mini thinks wolf is. warm. he reminds him a bit of his grandpa lol. also mini can tell that wolf is really protective over him bc he's the youngest, but I don't think it grates on him. like, mini is pretty confident in his abilities for a kid, so being a little babied doesn't bother him. also if he ever saw wolf in his actual wolf form his eyes would be HUGE.

slate: mini loves slate they get along like a house on fire. i feel like slate would be fascinated w the concept of the minish and would want to know everything about them, and mini is happy to tell him. also slate will always give him whatever materials he asks for no questions asked. they bond over their garbage collections

mirror: i feel like mirror kind of reminds mini of his zelda somehow. they have similar personalities. mini is as impressed by his people skills as he is of zelda's. mirror helps him brainstorm ways to prank war and war is like. betrayal. mutiny.

Lol it's not as exciting as you think.

Basically, the Chain ended up in the Zora's Domain and decided it would be a good place to rest for a few days. When they end up in friendly territory, they tend to split up and get some space from each other before having to spend every waking moment next to each other on the road again.

Warriors ended up getting introduced to Sidon probably at a welcoming banquet, and one thing led to another and they had a good night together-- fun overall, but Warriors was not really into Sidon asking him every 0.2 seconds if he was feeling okay. 8/10. Extra points for the double dick situation.

When Warriors rejoined everyone else, Wild was in the middle of telling the others about his old drama with Sidon. Primarily, how he's really into Sidon but Sidon won't do anything because it feels like a betrayal of Mipha's memory.

Warriors smartly decided to not gloat about banging the hot zora prince and just pretend it never happened. It would have worked too had Sidon not sent Warriors a bottle of ointment with a written note. Of course, Warriors can't read Wild's Hylian so he had to get Wild to read it aloud to him.

It was Sidon apologizing for any pain he might still be experiencing and that this ointment should be applied to the [REDACTED].

Warriors was mortified. Wild was pissed. Everyone else thought this was hilarious.

Court of opinion ruled in Warriors's favor but Wild never forgave and never forgot.
