So my family and I went to Paris for a trip, but basically during our wanderings through the city we found this AMAZING historic bookstore that's been around since the 20s!! So I bought a fictionalized retelling of the founder, Sylvia Beach, and how she made the shop a center for writers especially those escaping american censorship. She was actually one of the first to promote ulysses when it was banned in the united states for obscenity. And it's also very sapphic bc she was in a relationship with Adrienne Monniere, who owned a bookstore nearby as well!

ok so i’ve been thinking more about the college au and basically i think keefe and dex start getting crushes on each other because they both tended to be the only ones in the group at the library after a class and “studying”. (dex would be working on code or something and keefe sees him on his computer and thinks [instead of ‘maybe i should do my online work’] ‘what if i try to beat my record on google snake’ and gets REALLY good at it. dex knows for a fact keefe isn’t being productive but has lived with sophie enough to know if he doesn’t Want to study it just won’t get done) so anyways after a few moths they “subtly” start sitting on the same side of the table and not just making small talk and they start like bringing each other gifts and coffees and then it turns into them being like “hey you wanna come over for *insert random reason*” and they start hanging outside of the library. when they actually start being in qpr they basically jsut went striaght into an old couple and bicker with each other all the time eg

[probably around 2am while they’re both speed running a project]

“would you love me still if i was a worm”

“absolutely not; i fucking hate worms”

“but i’m me !!! you wouldn’t want to keep Me safe ??”

“i bet several of the worms i avoid with a Passion have wonderful personalities too but that does not negate the fact they are WORMS.”

and it goes on until one of them falls asleep

i love hunter so much i literally can’t stop thinking about the fact that belos says “it hurts every time he chooses to betray me” meaning that EVERY iteration of him realized he was on the wrong side and risked and accepted death, over and over again, to fight against belos and undo the damage that was done. belos had to have tried turning him evil with all those grimwalker attempts and he FAILED, so instead he learned EXACTLY how to brainwash him by making him believe he’s helping people, because that’s all hunter really wants to do. the core of hunter’s being and every golden guard that came before him is caring about other people
