Pero un pote de helado no le haría mal a nadie, mucho menos si acompañaría el final de temporada de una serie que había estado maratoneando en lugar de salir con sus amigos, mismos a los que llevaba esquivando toda la semana con tal de no tener que cruzarse con la novia de su mejor amigo, su eterno crush. 

Buscó su monedero y contó los billetes necesarios según lo que indicaba la pantalla de su móvil, desde donde había ordenado inicialmente el postre. Fue hacia la puerta, tarareando una de Kelly Clarkson, sólo para quedarse de pie al ver un rostro desconocido del otro lado, y probablemente, no en su mejor estado.

ㅤㅤㅤㅤ A diferencia de muchas otras personas que conocía, Willa disfrutaba del sonido de la lluvia, el chapoteo contra las ventanas y la mano congelándose a paso lento cada que le tocaba sujetar el paraguas. Sin embargo, considerando que llegaba tarde a una fiesta del trabajo, era toda una travesía andar por la ciudad con tacones, vestido y tapado. Observó a la persona que le había ganado el taxi y sintió cierta vergüenza acumulándose en su figura. La desolada velada no prometía otro vehículo en un buen tiempo y no quería llegar tarde tampoco. Terminó aceptando la invitación, encontrando comodidad en el asiento trasero.

Acababa de beber algunas copas con un par de sus amistades, y ya cansado de su palabrería subió a la terraza en busca de un poco de tranquilidad. Observar el cielo nocturno calmaba sus extraños pensamientos, esos que no le dejaban dormir por la noche. Desde la tragedia que aconteció en su hogar, jamás volvió a ser el mismo. Lo que Théo no esperaba era, revivir aquella pesadilla. Su corazón comienza a latir con rapidez, le falta el aire. Está por experimentar un episodio de ansiedad. Un intento de suicidio. Automáticamente apura el paso, sin la intención de asustarla, ya que no quería que diera un paso en falso y terminara cayendo por error. Es entonces donde sujeta el antebrazo de la rubia con fuerza, esperando que no cometa una locura. “¡Ten cuidado!” vocifera nervioso, se preocupa por ella aunque se trate de una completa extraña. Revive entonces una escena que jamás deseó traer a su cabeza otra vez. La culpa ha estado junto a él durante los últimos años de su vida. No podría soportar formar parte de otro accidente.

ㅤㅤㅤㅤ  La tranquilidad es arrancada de su alma de un tirón, uno que sintió físicamente y que la hizo tambalear hasta caer en el suelo de la terraza y encima de un cuerpo ajeno. El cigarro había volado lejos de su alcance y de seguro terminado en la acera. Asustada por el imprevisto y aquella desconocida figura, le tomó unos segundos caer en cuenta de lo que estaba sucediendo: del ardor en sus codos y antebrazos, de la cintura, de sus piernas que tocaban las de alguien más. Los ojos de la castaña se abrieron de par en par en el preciso momento que se obligaba a entrar en razón. Tragó saliva y se apoyó en sus manos, observándolo. 

⸻¡¿Estás demente?! ¡Me asustaste!  ⸻Apenas fue capaz de pronunciarlo, lo dejó salir por su boca intentando apartarse aunque con lo pequeña que se sentía en comparación, no era del todo sencillo remover sus piernas de debajo de las impropias⸻ ¡Sólo estaba fumando y ya! ⸻Ella no podía reconocer que aquello que la llevaba a desesperarse de tal modo era la angustia apoderándose, al igual que el jodido terror que había sentido segundos atrás. Acabo de percatarme que el meme dice que no puedo responder a los anónimos que me envíen y yo ahí, respondiendo. De todas maneras, me resultaría difícil no decir “gracias” cuando me dejan algo tan bonito. 

Por otra parte, aprovecho el bug para decir que estoy sumando más musas de las que me imaginaba. Aunque en el fondo, estaba psicológicamente preparada para algo así. De todas maneras, intentaré darle mayor vida a quienes ya tengo antes de perder el control. Peace out.

A reminder✨that making fun of the unemployed is distasteful and you should stop.

"get a job" or "get off your ass" are two statements I've been seeing. my only concern from any situation, is how poorly people who struggle to find jobs are represented. we live in a world where having ONE job doesn't even cover the bills for many of us.

this statement has nothing to do with paid themes and ect, this statement is about people who make degrading jokes about the unemployed. why? because it's upsetting when I personally know people who work more than two jobs to scrape by.

if someone wants to write, roleplay or play around on Photoshop to relax and wind down, that's none of your business lol. not to mention disabilities and mental health that means not everyone is able to work.

you can ( click! click! ) behind the keyboard, but don't put down people who don't know if they will be able to eat for the rest of the week, have to take care of their parents and siblings or even know if they have a home at the end of the month.

it's not funny, and it's not clever to kick people who are already down.
