Hi! Sure, of course!

I have some headcanons about them. I imagine them first meeting at Mahtan's forges where Fëanor visited often. In my imagination, Nerdanel had a lot of artistic friends, some kind of an art circle, but Fëanor mostly worked alone. Nerdanel's friends tried to make her forget Fëanor, but there was something special in him she couldn't forget. They went travelling around Aman with a tent and backpack, first as friends, and during that trip they gradually became lovers.

I'm doing a readthrough of The Silmarillion, and a journaling project alongside it - and today's chapter was 'Of The Silmarils and the Unrest of the Noldor!'

I did this illustration for it, which I'm really proud of (despite traditional art not being my main medium), so I thought I'd share! Maybe when I'm done with the whole thing I'll do a journal tour.
