Do they live together? If so, what’s their shared living space like? If they live apart, do they have any keepsakes that remind them of the other?

They technically live apart, since Tarantulas prefers his lairs while Sunbath lives on the Predacons' ship, with visits back and forth. Tarantulas has a web hammock in his lair that he put up for Sunbath, while Sunbath has a couple of preserved crab claws from when they visited the beach together.

Do they have their own little love language that’s just theirs? Any pet names, inside jokes, or regular gestures that mean something special to them?

Tarantulas loves saying stuff like "Aren't you lovely, I could just eat you up." They both find this funny because the joke is that he couldn't even if he wanted to, at least not without difficulty, because he can't bite through Sunbath's super durable skin.

What scares them? Do they share the same phobias? How do they help each other deal with fear?

I'm honestly struggling to think of any phobias Tarantulas could have, outside of threats to his own survival. I think Sunbath is scared of flying, because she's quite large and heavy. Sunbath is always willing to jump between Tarantulas and the danger (since her unofficial job is Human [Bot] Shield), and if Sunbath ever needs to be flown somewhere, Tara assures her that he's made sure she'll be completely safe (whether that's true or he's just saying it to make her feel better)

Who’s the most physically affectionate? Are they sweet and chaste or playfully aggressive? Who’s more likely to initiate things? How do they feel about PDA?

Aggressively affectionate is a good description of Tarantulas, he goes for crushing hugs and enthusiastic nuzzling. Sunbath is pretty easygoing, so by comparison her affection is more quiet and heartfelt. They're not afraid of showing some PDA, although I think Tara likes to be sneaky about it because that's how he is about everything
