Implementing Some Rules.
• Brush teeth no later than 9PM every night.
• Nothing but water after brushing teeth.
• Absolutely do NOT pack meals for work. Small snacks (capped at 3) ONLY.
• NO FOOD FROM THE WORK VENDING MACHINES. ONLY DRINKS.
• Under no circumstances will I speak about ED’s with friends, family, or strangers.
• Only ONE calorie rich drink a day. Any others must be 0cal.
• NO SECONDS. You get what you get.
• Drink a full glass of room temp water before eating anything.
• ALWAYS have an emergency snack on hand.
• Never eat before 9AM
• TAKE THE FUCKING VITAMINS
• Remember dinner is the ONLY meal of the day.
• Weight check once a week.
• Focus on work, not food.

Well I hit a plateau and am starting the abc diet of course I might adjust so I don't completely fail life but I'm honestly looking forward to the challenge as I will have to eat healthier so I can can eat more than two things a day anyway I am start posting about it tomorrow ❤️

Went out to eat with family
I was already stressed but literally two bites in everyone was talking about how full they were when they barely ate anything. Ughhh it made me want to leave . I felt so fat cause I was still hungry
