Double-trouble: a chocolate and mascarpone dessert (ready in 20 minutes!)

Ingredients (2-3 portions):

100g (1 bar) of white chocolate

100g (1bar) of dark, 50% chocolate

60ml of heavy cream (divided)

You will need a mixer, robot or blender for it!

Step-by-step instructions:

Divide mascarpone into halves.

Split both chocolates into small parts and put them into pots with 30ml of heavy cream in each.

Heat both pots on law temperature, until the chocolates melt completely. Do not boil and avoid burning it!

Than put the pots aside and wait for them to cool off a bit (about 10min).

When the chocolate creams are no longer hot, you can add them into the mascarpone halves and mix both separately: one with white chocolate and another with the dark one.

Now you can spoon both creams into bowls, making one layer of each.

It’s done!

Now all you have to do is to cool it off a bit in the fridge! (About 30 min best, but if you don’t want or can’t wait it’s ready anyway!)
