i mentioned roza's glow is a slightly different, more ghostly colour - here it is! aligning to his spirit-adjacent necromantic focus

i'm trying to work on simplicity, gesture/mood through pose, and focus on overall completion rather than detail! i quite like the shape language here :) would love to know what you think!

Oh yeah SotoO is. Definitely a good time for throwing a whole new character as commander into it- doing a 'picking up a whole legacy under someone else's title' massive imposter syndrome thing. I've got two other commanders taking a (only slightly forced) break and going on multiverse adventures, respectively, while the new kid gets to run around hearing everyone praise her for things she only vaguely participated in bc the previous two commanders were such cryptids that basically no one knows there's actually three of them now. She's not even sure people who claim to be watching actually know.

...but yeah, really weird vibes character-wise for going forward in this expansion with the same commander. Playing it like this has probably made it a whole lot easier for me to enjoy it, personally- dunno if it'll work for everyone;;

oh interesting :Oc i've thought about different people doing different parts of the story (mainly the destiny's edge storyline lmao) but that's a neat personal canon to spice the story up a bit with the whole imposter syndrome thing

not a good sign that it needs some alteration to be a more enjoyable story tho 💀

on content warnings

just because that post is going around and I wanted to clarify what people can expect from me, and my writing, without hijacking the original post (especially since I don't personally agree with parts of it but everyone has a right to their own opinion and way of doing things).

I use "Author chose not to use content warnings" when I feel like there is something that should be warned, but Ao3 doesn't list it (this happens a LOT)

I always specify warnings in the Notes or Summary portion (I used a specific one but I forget lmao) and in the tags

there's always going to be themes of assault/abuse/stolen autonomy in my work. most of you are aware of that but either way, i have/will always specify and list specific "timestamps" if possible

there's no judgment on my end for people who don't. I just personally feel like it's a courtesy I will never feel comfortable not extending. so no surprises here
