And people in the US say AUSTRALIAN animals are scary
i love when you’re talking to someone who’s not from florida and you just casually mention a thing that only happens in Florida and it ruins their whole day

some of you may've heard about that fancy "bionic reading" typefont thats supposed to be easier for neurodivergent people to read (if you're unfamiliar, it bolds the first few letters of each word to make it easier to follow)
well guess what, its locked behind a $500 a month API to write in because fuck you!
introducing, Not Bionic Reading! it is literally just the bionic reading typefont but for free. god bless neocities
anyone who can, pls reblog!

A portrait of a fat topless white man shaving the side of his head. The photo has been edited to look like a CGA image, dominated by pink and white, with some black highlights and specks of cyan.
I really like how the CGA effect has worked here. It really looks like an image from a late 80s point and click adventure, not like a converted photograph

The head, shoulders and upper torso of a man in a suburban street. His medium length brown hair with a white streak is brushed back, sitting high on his head. He wears a blue cloth mask over his mouth and nose. A lightweight black scarf with green, yellow, red and pink motifs is tied around his neck.

A plaza paced with concrete and stone lies under an overcast sky on a gloomy day. A stone plinth inscribed with names indicates it is a war memorial for locals who died in World War 2. On top of the plinth, an eternal flame burns in a bronze sculpture. The sculpture has a blade rising upwards, curved to shelter the flame, in a way that suggests a sword. A circular hilt also suggests a slouch hat, with the blade becoming an ostrich plume, as worn by Australian Light Horse brigades in World War 1. Behind the plinth stand three flagpoles, with the Australian flag, the flag of the state of Victoria, and the Australian Aboriginal flag.

A kitesurfer using a yellow kite leaps up from the water at a beach, only a bare metre or two from the shoreline. A Norfolk Island pine tree dapples the beach and a concrete esplanade in shadow.

Right in front of us, on a kitchen bench, sits a small glass bowl filled with strawberries and whipped cream. On the far side of the bench, somewhat out of focus, a woman with dark hair wears a cream-coloured top while she puts a strawberry into her mouth and holds a long spoon with cream on it. Another glass bowl and a heavy red-rimmed glass tumbler are near her.

My latte art is slightly less bad these days: We look down at the top of a coffee cup filled with latte. A clumsily-poured work of latte art sits on top, but it does have three distinct, vaguely curved parts.

We look out from a bridge over a slow, city river. To our right, its north bank stretches out, with the skyscrapers of the city's banking and corporate districts towering above us, into the blue sky. A few hundred metres away, another concrete bridge crosses the river.

A fat white man with reddish skin wears no top. We see the top of his torso, and his head and shoulders. The side of his head is shaved, and his dark brown hair is brushed over his head revealing a white streak. Cables running to the electrodes of a TENS machine run to the back of his neck. He has a browny-grey moustache and goatee.

Near us is a huge white industrial-scale fuel tank, much wider than it is tall. Beyond it to the right a tall, thin refinery chimney burns off fuel with a bright flame.

A row of suburban shops faces a medium-sized car park. Most of the shops are single storey, but three have an extra storey on top. The shops include a tattoo studio, a café, restaurants, a laundry and Borg's cake shop, the first retail outlet of the Maltese immigrants whose pastizzi are now sold nationwide in supermarkets.
