GENERAL:
You might feel like you are under a lot of pressure in your love life.
Maybe you are afraid that people want too much of you. Your time is essential, being trapped under someone else's lifestyle is not for you.
Learn to be generous. Just because someone wants something from you or your time, it doesn't mean they are trying to use you or that they are selfish. You have an old fear that is keeping you from opening up to others. Explore that first. Right now, you are making things to difficult because you reference only that belief that you are going to get hurt.
Naturally, you are quite the giving individual. Too many times people have betrayed this generosity of yours. It is time for you to receive love and support. If life has put you in the position where you cannot support yourself as well as before (or you are in need of others) - it's because this is the lesson you must learn (open yourself up to the generosity of others, because it's something you deserve).
People may ask simply for your time in exchange of giving you this financial support. For some reason that really worries you lol. And I'm not laughing at you...well, not really. I'm laughing because it's an unfounded fear of yours that someone is going to take advantage of you in this situation/position.
Whoever supports you is more than capable of creating in life for themselves. They don't really need anything from you. They offer because they can. They are generous too.
You have plans for the future. This person doesn't want to be involved or get in the way of that. They have their own goals.
Release yourself from this tension. They are not trying to control you. That said, they are not even willing to do so.
The conditions of this bond/relationship are set for things to be fair. You might not like them, though. Your fears will take over until you see the truth.
ALTERNATIVELY:
If you feel that YOU are giving too much, and not getting enough back, start to place conditions down around others. Expect them to reciprocate.
These would be otherwise considered your boundaries.
If someone cannot keep their word in paying you back, then simply never deal with that person again. Deny them service. Feel the right to deny them your affection, attention or even your financial support (more-so if you are coupled, because this person lacks responsibility over their own life; they must learn).
In time, this person will have to meet your standard. If not, you will be presented with a new option. Either they can choose to fight for your support or they can choose to be fair and give you the love that you deserve.
You really aren't asking for much. Either way - the universe supports you for your good deeds. <3 You will be rewarded with love and romance, affection and a charming lover (or at least someone who is willing to humor you with their affections, flirting and playful attitude).
This person's anxiety and fear will not deter you from cultivating your self worth.
