As the title suggests, what's that one supplement you maybe saw the results fastest or felt I could never go without this for the rest of my life?

I bought a workout supplement (Gaspari Sizeon) and noticed the Prop 65 warning label on it, do you think it’s still safe to take or should I return it? I had great results from the previous generation of the product which didn’t have the label on it so not sure what to do. Thanks

NAC no major benefits
So I've been taking this a month now and all I feel is sleepy, and sometimes anxious too. I take the powered version, around 800 milligrams per day. Should I stop? I don't feel like it's doing anything good for me.
I honeslty felt better benefits from Glycine. Specifically when I wake up the next day, I feel more rested, more present. I think it burns belly fat too.

Need help recovering from bad supplement experience
Hi all. I'm trying to recover from a bad 5htp incident. I was given the supplement for sleep with no disclosure I was increasing serotonin. Got really sick and disregarded by doctor went to the ER with serotonin syndrome and was forced to cold turkey off if it.
It's been a nightmare to say the least. Caused an aweful withdrawal and I'm currently in this empty emotionless headspace with no motivation or appetite. Just a zombie.
Not that familiar with supplements so I was hoping to gain some insight from people in this group. I want to slowly incorporate good things into the recovery process.
I'd love for suggestions and if you can share a little about the benefits

Will a tea blend that contains chamomile and lemon balm affect hormones?
I want to take it to improve my sleep quality because I have a messed up sleep schedule but I read that lemon balm decreases thyroid hormones and chamomile decreases testosterone. Is this true? And if so is the effect large enough to affect muscle development? 17/M if it helps.

I’m not super into working out and fitness but I’m getting into it right now. I’ve heard a lot about joint damage from squatting and running. Is fish oil supposed to be good for joints? I’ve also heard collagen is good for some of that stuff but I’m not sure.
Any advice or insight is appreciated.

Is taking vitamin k2 safe without a prescription?
So I've been taking vitamin d3 and k2 together because I heard they should be taken together. So I've been taking 4k iu vitamin d3 and 90 mcg vitamin k2 for a few months now and so far nothing bad has happened but I heard I'm supposed to get a prescription for vitamin k2 is this true? And am I at risk if I continue without getting one? Also the brand I'm using is life extension.

What are the best supplements against low energy?
I have a pretty severe iron deficiency which I am trying to restore, but it will take quite some time as my body does not seem to absorb iron pills too well. In the meantime I can't stay awake for a whole day, so I was wondering if you have some recommendations for supplements that improve low energy. I would love to have supplements that I can take while I take care of the iron deficiency.

My NT has put me on Adrenal Glandulars and another for hypothalamus and pituitary.
Has anyone any experience of animal glandular supplements and how did you find them? I'm taking Designs For Health Adrenal Support and Precision Biotics Cytozyme PT/HPT. Not sure if these come with any detox effects when starting and I've been digging around the web to find how others have found them but not found much info.

Alternatives to L-Citrulline/Arginine?
I recently started adding 6 grams of L-Citrulline to my pre-workout and I have been having the best pumps. However I found out that L-Citrulline is converted into Arginine when ingested, which can cause a cold sore outbreak (I am already supplementing with L-Lysine). Since I am prone to cold sores I decided to stop taking it.
Are there any alternatives that a have similar pump effect without potentially causing cold sores?

Fasted DYI Pre-Workout , increase NO, no Caffeine ; what else ??
I usually follow 16-18 hours fasted, then go to the gym at the last hours.
Currently i only plan to add L-Citrulline Malate and Electrolytes, do not want to add Caffeine due to past abuse , at least for now.
For post workout: l-carnitine , creatine, beta-alanine but those 3 do not belong to the pre-WO and effect may start to appear withing1-2 weeks.
My Question, do i need to add any sort of aminos before WO, like Whey, BCAA, ECAA ?
My understanding that taking any fast acting protein source will rise insulin, while i want to experiment for a while with lower insulin while training, is it wrong approach ?
Another question: i've read somewhere L-Citrulline can increase probability of some viral infection i can't remember it's name. is it better to keep it day on & off ? other suggestions ?

Muscle building supplments
So I’ve been taking multivitamins that you can get at Asda (UK) but I was recently reading articles that said that these multivitamins were as good as useless.
The small amounts spread across so many different vitamins meant they’re not doing anything to help.
I’m skinny fat focussed on building muscle.
I currently take protein and 3g of Creatine monohydrate. What else can I take to help?

What's the max safest daily dosage of l-tryptophan?
Is 5 g too much? I already take about 50g a day of whey protein (probably poor in l-tryptophan) and want to add an extra 5 g on top.
I'm doing a very low calorie diet and it would be poor in protein if it weren't for the whey powder.
