ROSEMARY CLOVE GIMLET 2oz Dillon’s Dry Gin 7 1/2oz fresh lemon juice 1/2oz Dillon’s Rosemary & Clove syrup 2 dashes Dillon’s Lemon Bitters Lemon wheel, for garnish Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
