Things you should NEVER say (or do) to a little

Stop acting like a baby

Can't you do it yourself?

Confiscate stuffies, pacifiers or other coping mechanisms

Call them "weird"

Make them age regress on purpose then leave them

Ignore them when they regress

I can't bother with you

You're annoying me

Take advantage of their regressed state

Violate their 'safe space' (whether physical or emotional)

Tell them they are an adult baby

And DON'T speak sexually to them

Things Caregivers can say instead of “Don’t Cry”

“It’s okay to be sad, little one.”

“This is really hard for you, eh?”

“Don’t worry, you’re safe, Daddy’s here with you.”

“Do you want to talk to Daddy about it, babygirl?”

“I understand, babygirl, I hear you.”

“That was really scawy/sad/frustrating.”

“That’s a tough one, baby girl, shall Daddy help you figure this out?”

Littles can be very emotional sometimes, and not everything is Daddy’s fault, these phrases might help Daddy empathise, figure out what is going on, and stay sensitive to little feelings.

*Daddy is interchangeable with Caregiver, Mummy, etc. *Babygirl is interchangeable with Little, Little One, Baby, Kitten, Puppy, Princess, Angel, etc.

welp... i was told today that because i’m 15 that me being a age regressor is invalid, also was told that the things i’m into is only meant for 18+. I was smol when i was told this and ofc me not being emotional stable it was very hard for me in a way. My main point here is no mater your age, you can still be a valid little/regressor. You could be 5, 11, 96, 54, etc.(literally any age). Yes depending on if you’re sfw or nsfw you have to be careful if you are a minor but that doesn’t mean you can’t do what you want to do. Never let anyone or anything stop you from being who you want to be, it’s your life not theirs. Your amazing and perfect just the way you are! milk formulas for littles!

[ angel milk 👼 ]

ingredients:

- 12oz/350ml of milk

- 1 tablespoon of sugar

- small splash of vanilla

directions: mix up the ingredients and warm it up, or leave it cold!

[ bedtime kiss ❤ ]

ingredients:

- 12oz/350ml of milk

- 1 to 2 tablespoons of honey

- a shake of nutmeg

- a shake of cinnamon

directions: heat the milk until it starts to foam (2-3 minutes), then add honey, nutmeg and cinnamon before letting it cool!

[ gingerbread house 🍪 ]

ingredients:

- 12oz/350ml of milk

- maple syrup

- a shake of cinnamon

- a shake of nutmeg

- a shake of ground ginger

- small splash of vanilla

directions: heat up the milk a little. add in everything and stir!

[ alicorn magic 🦄 ]

ingredients:

- 2 cups/470ml of milk

- ½ cups/350ml of vanilla greek yogurt

- 5 to 10 large strawberries

directions: add everything to a blender and blend it together! if its too thick for you, feel free to add milk, water or cream to make it smoother <3

[ rose milk 🌹]

ingredients:

- 1 cup/500ml of milk

- 1.5 tablespoons of rose syrup

- 0.5 teaspoons of rose water

- sugar (optional)

- 0.5 teaspoons of sabja seeds/sweet basil seeds soaked in water (optional)

- a few rose petals (optional)

directions: mix rose syrup and milk until the syrup dissolves. now add sugar, if you wish. add rose water and mix again. if you wish to add the seeds and rose petals, now's the time!
