Please tell me it’s impossible. I will prove you wrong. Please tell me you don’t think I can do it. I will show you I can. Please tell me I’m “too much.” I will agree that I am indeed “too much” for your interpretation of who I should be. But I will never live by your “should’s.” I will never fit into the mold you want to confine me too. Because, baby, that mold is your own. It’s the one you try to shape and contort yourself into. It’s the one you’ve boxed yourself in, without knowing that it is not me who you fear, it’s yourself. It’s your own liberation. It’s your own potential. I am nothing but a reflection of that which you are denying, repressing, disbelieving or avoiding within yourself. So whenever you hear someone whisper, or hell - say out loud too your face - their interpretation of your potential… Just know. That’s not you. It’s them. You are limitless. And so are they. They just haven’t taken the blinder off, the gloves off, the shackles that have enslaved them to other people’s plagiarized programming. You can. And through your example, they will see what is possible. At first they will hate, judge and berate you for it. And then, maybe, with enough exposure, enough turns of the dial of the safe, they will unlock the secret that IT was in them just as much as IT is already exhibited by you all along. Their judgement is a step in their journey. It’s seeing YOU as them in their face and all the things they have tried to hide from within themselves. Your “too much-ness,” your unlimited potential is a sign of their own that they have denied within themselves. So keep lighting the way. Keep standing out. It’s working. What does it mean to build something of value? I was thinking about this as my son, Declan built his first robot today. It required him to be DISCIPLINED. He had to show up for class. It required him to be FOCUSED. He had to screw in teeny tiny screws. It required him to DEVELOP NEW SKILLS. He had to work through the learning process of things feeling “hard” because he didn’t know them. It required him to learn how to FOLLOW A PLAN. You can’t just screw a bunch of things together and make it work cohesively without it. Else you wind up with a thing, but not necessarily a functioning robot. It required him practice DILIGENCE. He couldn’t finish it in a day. It took two weeks to be revered with the final result. To build something of value simultaneously means you build values within yourself. 6 years ago this kid was in my womb, as I got certified in NLP, Time Line Therapy®️ and hypnosis. Declan wanted so badly to be in the picture when I received my Master NLP Practitioner certification. And with every fiber of my being, it was 💯 percent YES! He was and is my WHY. He always has been. He was and was my WHY as to why I felt the need to continue to uplevel. I'm not perfect. I don't always say the "right" thing, in the "right" way. I used to want to be. I used to let this perfectionism hold me back. I used to not speak up. I used to suppress my voice, swallow the feelings, shove them down...until they exploded. Vomiting the voice. Puking up everything I'd tried to push down. NOT ANYMORE. NO EVER AGAIN. Your voice is your super power. Your throat chakra is not just your expression of creativity, it's your expression of being ALL of you. How often are you still hiding part of you or holding back on being ALL of you? What's worse - being rejected by someone with whom your values don't align OR rejecting yourself to fit into a mold you were never born to be in? If you were really, brutally, viciously honest with yourself - like rip-the-bandaid off style of self-awareness - would you say that you are still "pretending" in some areas? Pretending to be fine, when you're not. Pretending to have it all figured out, when every night you feel like you don't. Pretending to know what you're doing, and still feeling like you're throwing spaghetti against a wall. Whether you're not speaking up in your business - showing off all of you in all the ways on all the things, or whether you're not speaking up in your relationships, saying what you need... Learning to use your voice - your REAL voice, not that conditioned, plagiarized vibration you played with for all too long - is a skillset. It's a practice that as you learn to lead as the Queen of your life, you will hone. And the only way is by continuing daily to shine a light on USING IT, so you shine a light on yourself. You can practice it, like I do by going on podcasts and sharing your story. You can hone it But, like any skillset, it MUST be practiced, honed, used... These guys are my WHY. With every child I get MORE motivated, more INSPIRED, more powerful. Day one or one day? Your choice. Today I started something. Not because I don’t love the way I look - I think I’m freaking phenomenal. Not because I’m trying to lose weight - I love my body. But because I needed a kick in the ass challenge to go to the next level. Last year I was floundering, struggling with grief, childbirth, moving, family and it was a lot. I was in complete reactivity. While to the outside I had discipline and growth - I mean @crownyourself.now was still able to grow 35% with me operating on only about 35% for 75% of the year - you know that as a high performer when you are REALLY on your game and when you are not. And I felt like I was 💯winging it, to be honest. My routines were off - which, yes, I get it 10000% normal with a new baby. And even though I was going to the gym 3X a week, I know what I’m REALLY capable of. My eating habits were okay - which, yes, I eat better than 90% of the traditional “American diet” eating 80% organic veggies and 20% organic grass-fed meat and rarely doing sugar, gluten or dairy. But I’m not in the business of comparing myself to others. Only YOU know when you’re not fully being ALL of you. And I wasn’t being as disciplined as I know I’m capable of. Especially for the goals I’m going for this year. And I know that in order to achieve them I have to become the version of me who receives them. When I checked in with my Sovereign Self, I realized I needed to up my: No.1 - Self-integrity: doing what I say I’m going to do for me by when I say I’m going to do it. No.2 - Discipline: showing up to do the dang thing regardless of how I “feel” about it No.3 - Courage: to tackle new challenges and make big requests of others and myself. My body was begging for it.
