Played my first actual session of D&D this afternoon / evening. It was chaos, it was hilarious, it was the best time (and I love my character so much!!). And watching so much CR was incredibly helpful as I knew a lot of the mechanics and flow of the game going in :)
L20 cleric and bride-to-be Jester Lavorre put in charge of a vital mission to enlist every every caster with access to Sending on Exandria loyal to the cause and coordinate around the clock "You pooping?" messages to Ludinus Da'leth
man I love the communal dice interactions in Dimension 20. Griffin asking whose been rolling good so he can use their d20 in Tiny Heist and Jasper desperately cycling through dice in Burrow's End and Murph retiring Emily's dice in Neverafter and the cast of Mentopolis swapping so they each have a full set made of each other's dice and "send your kids to camp" and the thrill of the box of doom. it's so good dude I love when people get so invested in the story they tell together that the roll of a die is the most important thing in the world.
This study turned into a full blown Beauyasha exploration, really tried to insert for texture into it. This post was released early for patrons, would appreciate the support if you can give it!
