Nope. I think the first moment after he come back is when Pen is still in yellow dress and he says: "it's good to see you' and she repplies. "Is it?". It even looks like she watched when he kissed that random girl hand.
After that, all scenes before makeover, still in yellow. Then I think will be the ball when Pen will tell him about overhearing him last year. I guess that's how episode 1 will end. Then would be the scene in the garden.
The trailer make me so hyped that I'm re-watching all episodes again.
This is Featheringtons's garden

A look such as this from Mister Colin Bridgerton would surely make even the most perennial of wallflowers swoon, would it not? Bridgerton Season 3 Promo (2024)

Hc that in Edinburgh when Aziraphale is like “Still, that was very kind of you” and Crowley’s like “Not kind. Off my head on laudanum. Not responsible for my actions” etc etc, Aziraphale was calling him kind in hopes he’d get pushed up against a wall again
I think that is why he does it always lmao like

Can we talk about the fact that Crowley redirected the bombers before he even enters the church?
Tumblr media
That he had complete and utter trust that Aziraphale would save the both of them, even after not speaking for 79 years?
That he risked discorporation (and answering to Hell for the whole incident) on the absolute faith that once he communicated to Aziraphale about what was happening that they (the team, the group, the group of the two of us) would be in it together?
And that Aziraphale instantly picks up on the code and pulls through, immediately and without a second thought.

This is one of the parts that hurts me the most.
Crowley closing himself off. He never wears his sunglasses when he's alone in the bookshop with Aziraphale, he had grown comfortable enough to not need to. This part is Crowey acknowledging that things are different now.
And just LOOK at Azi's face. He knows his grasp is slipping; the melancholy is clear in his eyes. He didn't want things to change in this way, with Crowley leaving him mentally.
UUHGGHHHHH whhhyyyyyyy

Listen I know everyone is excited for petty Crowley in series 3, I am too. HOWEVER, I also desperately need a super bitchy Aziraphale. Because here is the thing, in what little we know about Series 3, we know that the Second Coming is on its way and Crowley and Aziraphale aren't talking. And we have to remember that Aziraphale is also angry with Crowley, just as Crowley is angry with Aziraphale. To Aziraphale, Crowley is the one who walked away when he needed him. So when I tell you that both of them are going to be petty as hell to the other, I mean PETTY. I wouldn't be suprised if they didn't directly talk to each other for an entire episode but instead just passive aggressively had someone else be the middle man. Like Aziraphale will come into the bookshop where Crowley is moping (definitely not trying to keep an eye on Aziraphale), and Muriel has to be in the middle of this:
"Oi, kid, tell the sUpReMe ArChAnGeL to shove his apology up righteous ass"
"Muriel, will you please tell Mr. Kiss and Run that I'm not here to apologize when I was doing my JOB"
"Tell his most holiness that his only job is licking HEAVENS BOOT like a pratt"
And on and on.
Now, do I think that Aziraphale and Crowley will spend the season learning how to communicate with each other and actually discuss what they were trying to say in the last moments of season 2? Absolutely. Do I want to see Aziraphale really fight for Crowley like Crowley fights for him? Yeah, a bit. Do I need them to make a big love confession scene where they make up and finally say I love you? Yes, and I think we will get something adjacent to that. But I think they are going to be serving up divorcees in a sitcom that end up together again before that.

thinking about how ofmd took blackbeard, a historical (almost mythical) figure that has pretty much always been depicted in media as a super hypermasculine white cishet man, and turned him into a gay man of color who wears crop tops and silk gowns, paints his nails and pines for his boyfriend

I’m still not over this “former demon” thing. I mean, what does it MEAN. Is demon a job description? Can he choose not to be a demon? What about Aziraphale? He seems to think he’s still an angel, right? Even if he doesn’t work for heaven. And Crowley still calls him angel (also for endearment purposes probably, but still).
Or does Crowley just say it for Shax’s benefit. Not a demon anymore as in holy water can’t hurt me. (“He isn’t one of us anymore”)
Crowley doesn’t want to be a demon right? He never wanted to be. Does he just choose not to be? Like the same way he chose a new name?
He isn’t one of the bad guys. He didn’t want to be before, but he had to pretend at least (“I go along with hell as far as I can”). Now he just is his own thing. Not a demon. Not an angel. Crowley.

I find it very disturbing that we clearly have not seen the whole conversation between Aziraphale and the Metatron (not to mention there’s about eight hundred million things about the season in general that are still open questions) and yet fans are still willing to conclude that they’re positive Aziraphale doesn’t love Crowley enough and wants Crowley to change, is oblivious to Crowley’s pain, hasn’t deconstructed, &c &c, and assume he needs to apologize for going back to heaven and/or asking Crowley to come back, as though all of that could only from a naïve and ignorant and oblivious place - when there’s still lots of other possible explanations open. I wish we wouldn’t assume the worst possible explanation of his behavior. Not only are there things we might not know yet, but there are literally things we know we don’t know yet.
Only slightly less disturbing: making excuses for him like “he was drugged” or “he was traumatized”, as if there wasn’t the possibility of an explanation for his choices that makes them make sense in their own right.
Have you considered the extremely viable third option: That there’s something going on we don’t know about that casts everything in a different light.
At the end of the day, the real reason I’m an Aziraphale “defender” (though that isn’t even the right word for it; I don’t think we know enough to “defend” or condemn anyone and it weirds me out how the implication is that Aziraphale must have done something that needs “defending”, like we’re his lawyers or something) is not because I am “afraid of complex characters” (that particular accusation that I’ve seen floating around is an especially low blow, in my opinion) is not because I can’t face the possibility that Aziraphale might have made a terrible mistake, but because WE JUST DON’T KNOW ENOUGH YET TO KNOW for certain what’s going on, and for so, SO many reasons it’s not a good practice to form conclusions, especially conclusions that put someone’s actions in the worst possible light, with incomplete evidence. (Yeah, it’s fiction, but how we interpret fictional characters informs how we interpret people in real life. That’s why representation is so important! But I digress.)
That’s what bothers me most about the blame I’m seeing heaped on him.
I just want people to keep an open mind and give him the benefit of the doubt.
