"I've grown these for you."
My first entry for the @rexobibingo - because what is a Gardener/Gardening about if not making leafy things grow out of love? (You can, of course, grow your leafy things out of spite too, I guess, that's always a very fair motivation if you ask me)
Keeping to good old habits from my previous bingo experience, please allow me to wholeheartedly and very passionately recommend @dharmaavocado's fic that has been on my mind throughout the whole time while I was working on this drawing We Who Love Our Hands in Dirt which was likely the first fic that has sold me on this ship, and Hanahaki as allergies will never stop being fascinating to me as a concept *w*

It’s so interesting to me that in the Attack of the Clones novelisation, when Jango was talking about Boba, he described him as ‘one of the thousands of sons’ he currently has. And then, literally in the next page, he said he doesn’t care for the clones because they’re all used for a war that has no use for him, a bounty hunter, who only finds love in Boba, his only true perfect clone.
Jango, my dude, the word ‘son’ clearly means nothing to you, because you describe Boba as your son, your one true pride and joy, and yet the clones are also your sons, who you could not give a damn because they’re a means to your pay check. I mean the only empathy he shows for them is when he thinks they shouldn’t have age acceleration because experience is key to their progress and they need time to hone on that (sounds familiar, doesn’t it), but other than that? Blind eye. He’s a selfish human being, and is horrible in this time and space even if he’s good at what he does, but he’s so appealing as a character in that way to me. Jango Fett, the galaxy’s dubiously okayest dad ever.

Demonstrators and artists have taken the steps of the met museum unfurling an ENORMOUS (30 x 50 foot) quilt created by artists around the world in solidarity with Palestine.
The quilt was collectively created by 64 artists from around the world and shipped to New York City.
They're demanding the met museum:
(1) cut ties with board members profiting from Israeli bombardment + occupation of Palestine
(2) support an immediate + permanent ceasefire
(3) aid the preservation of Palestinian cultural heritage sites being destroyed by Israel
In addition to the quilt, demonstrators reclaimed and redistributed Met flyers, stickered with movement messaging and demands.
