Hikari was prepping for a special thanksgiving dinner as she set up the place mats and silverware.

Unfortunately, one of the guests to the dinner was her neighbor, Miss Karen, who just self-invited herself. Using threats.

“Ugh! It smells like poor people in here!” She already started complaining, but Hikari had no choice but to be hospitable.

“W-wewcome, Miss Kawen.”

“Ka-ren! Ugh! Can’t that school of yours teach you how to talk?!”

Hikari gritted her teeth. “Wet me show you to the tabwe.”

“Whatever.”

When miss karen entered the table, she made a face like she drank bad milk.

“Ugh! What even is this?! It looks like the turkey ran amok in here! And what is this ugly thing?!” She pointed to Hikari’s homemade centerpiece. “It looks like a kindergartener made it!”

“That’s because Hikari made it.”

“Why am i not surprised? You obviously have terrible taste. Let me get rid of this tacky thing.” She picked up the centerpiece and threw it in the trash.

“Hey! Why would you do that?!” Hikari got back out of the trash.

“Because it’s hideous!”

“Hikari made it aww by hewsewf!”

“Well, do yourself a favor. Take some art classes and make something that doesn’t hurt my eyes and disappoints your parents. If you even have any.”

Hikari was visibly hurt by her words and ran to her room, crying.
