I want to be “that girl.”
I want people to whisper “is she sick?” behind my back. I want to take off my baggy sweater to reveal the xxs T-shirt underneath and have the room go quiet. I want cheekbones and big tired eyes. I want to be the regular who’s just a black coffee, please, every morning. I want to forget I have a limit and just forget to eat. I want people to get excited when I eat an apple, just an apple thank God she’s eating something. I want my fridge to be nothing but water and a bag of iceberg lettuce. I want to forget what its like to binge. I want to stop taking any comfort in eating at all. I want to not eat because adding up calories is too much work. I want bruises on my spine from the sit-ups. i want to get under my UGW without noticing. I want to be thin.

Chicken Noodle Soup ~61 calories
▪️8 pieces of spaghetti broken in 1/2 24 calories
▪️2 cups of chicken broth 15 calories
▪️1/4 cup carrots 7 calories
▪️2 tbsp cooke chicken breast chopped 10 calories
Bring the broth to a boil, add chicken, carrots spaghetti and cook until the spaghetti is done and the carrots have softened. (About 15 minutes) Add salt to taste

♡Anti-binge tip♡
When you do eat, choose really nutritious food. Even if you eat 6000 calories and you don't get the nutrients your body wants you will (be more likely to) have bingeing urges.
So make that green smoothie with every different type of vegetable(and fruit- they aren't the enemy) you can find.
Vitamins we need(and some generally safe foods we can get these from):
Vitamin C(boosts immune system, increases iron absorption)[if you're a smoker you need more than other people]: citrus fruits, kiwi fruit, red and green peppers, strawberries, cantaloupe, broccoli, brussels sprouts, tomatoes
Vitamin A(for heart, lungs, liver and other organs): broccoli, carrots, green leafy vegetables
Vitamin D(strong bones, immune system): mushrooms, nut milk
Vitamin K(blood clotting, healthy bones): kale, lettuce, broccoli, blueberries
Calcium(strong bones and teeth): collard greens, kale, and broccoli
Iron(building red blood cells): Broccoli

Half the battle is in the mind, so repeat after me until these phrases sink into your psyche…

I like to say these before bed, or during yoga/meditation. Try it. I lost 9lb this week.
