watched the batman tonight and move first thing i did was come to see your opinion. what are your thoughts on the movie? what did you like? what didn’t quite do it for you? (if there is anything) personally i thought it was a good iteration of Bruce, and i really think it did the character justice in a way other iterations havent quite done

I just watched it the other day!!

I actually really really liked it. I liked how they decided to focus more on the detective side of Batman rather than the senseless beating criminals up like we usually see in the live action movies. Robert did a really good job of showing a fairly wide range of emotions for Bruce and he really showed off the 'loner' vibe that he has. I also LOVED that they had some of the story line based off of the Long Halloween story. It was also nice having it more rated R to get into some of the more gruesome stuff batman sees on the daily.

Overall, I really enjoyed the movie. I was a little skeptical at first but it turned out so good, definetely one of my favourite Live Action DC movies. I agree that they did Bruce's character very well! The one thing I wished for was even just one scene of showing off how dramtically different he can be as batman and as bruce wayne.
