breakfast:
| beignet, eggs benedict, english muffin, cheesy grits | (649 calories) i didn’t eat all of anything and i did purge a little afterwards but i’m not gonna count the purging
lunch:

dinner:
| 4 carrot coins from trader joe’s | (22 calories)
snack:
| 1 pickle, cashews | (140 calories) i purged after this too
workout:
| bicycling, running, lat pull downs | (411 calories burned)
total: 811-411
400 calories
today was really hard, even though i didn’t even go above 900 just the thought of a number that high makes me sick. i felt like a pig today but it was father’s day so i wanted to not scare him with my under eating so he could relax. luckily lunch and dinner were super easy cause they weren’t paying much attention to me

i feel bad for how much i ate today. i did exercise which was good but i think my parents are starting to notice i’m eating a lot less than usual so i ate more today. on top of that tomorrow is father’s day so we are going out to breakfast :( really nervous about it ngl

deciding too fast today because of yesturday. I have to have dinner with my parents because we always have dinner together but I can usually say that im a little nauseous or not hungry and they don't care if I don't eat much. also my dad usually finishes my dinner anyway so they don't notice that I didn't eat all that much.

just had dinner with my family, went to a mexican restaurant so as you can probably guess i was freaking out a little (or a lot)
my parents ordered THREE THINGS OF CHIPS! i ended up eating a few because they’d totally be suspicious if i didn’t. i took super small bites and it ended up looking like i was eating with them the entire time. i went to the bathroom after that and decided to try and purge cause i felt like a pig. it did work a little but they know i have a problem with purging in the past so i couldn’t take too long. when dinner came i ordered one of the most low cal things on the menu and i barely ate it at all. i told them that i “overate with the chips so i wasn’t hungry” and they totally believed it! my sister is picking up cookies from crumble but i’ll probably only have a TINY bite
today was legit so hard but my parents don’t didn’t really notice anything :)
