Ik there are usamericans following me I have a question for yall , what the fuck do y'all even eat . Like . The typical huge greasy American breakfast has to be an exaggeration but I really can't think of meals that don't contain stuff exclusive to my country and do you guys even have that honestly

#I normally have fruit and a cheese stick or granola bar for breakfast #sandwich for lunch. also usually a fruit #and then pasta and salad or smth similar for dinner #OR instead of meals sometime I just eat an amalgamation of snacks #depends on how busy I am lol

I saw a post going around about what ppl do (job, study) and levels of “success” and expressed satisfaction varied wildly so I’m curious…do you think you’re living up to your potential?

#….honestly I think I am maxing out my potential #which is crazy but like I’m 24 I’m getting my doctorate next year and I’m in a good place to match to internship/residency #I have good connections in my field and lots of good friends #I’m close with the family I have left #I love my cat #all’s as good as it can be #and you know what? I’m decent at my creative outlets too. I’ll brag! #I ran a half marathon last month #the only things that could make it better would be a cure for diabetes and an adhd diagnosis #I don’t think it would be possible for me to do more without those things

It's stupid that smoking has to be bad for you bc it's such a great affectation otherwise. Gives you an excuse to go sit outside and motivation to do so regardless of weather. Great thing to do if you're nervous at parties as an alternative to drinking. The thrill of putting fire near your mouth. Really sucks how it causes a plethora of health problems.
